Return to Self is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life. Rooted in yoga philosophy, this retreat is centered around the idea that who we are seeking is already within us.
Through daily yoga, meditation, breath work, nourishing meals, ocean air, and intentional rest, we create space to return to presence, balance, and inner knowing. Inspired by the yogic practice of svādhyāya, or self-study, this experience is about peeling back the layers and coming home to yourself.
Set in the lush beauty of Costa Rica at Bodhi Tree Yoga Resort, Return to Self is not about becoming someone new — it’s about remembering who you’ve been all along.
Ashley is a 500-hour Registered Yoga Teacher based in Orlando, FL. Ashley is trained in 7 Doorways Style Ashtanga Vinyasa. She is also trained in meditation, breathwork, yin, and Hatha yoga.
