Journey into the wide-open Mojave Desert for a yoga and hot spring wellness retreat designed to awaken and restore your being.
As winter loosens its hold and the desert begins to stir, we gather in the expansive quiet of Wonder Valley, near the north entrance of Joshua Tree National Park, where vast skies, ancient land, and the elemental medicine of geothermal mineral waters invite you to rise from the inward season, recalibrate, and return home to your center.
Through daily yoga practices rooted in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda, restorative rest, meditations held in and around the water, and the healing embrace of the natural world, we align with the rhythms of spring renewal and discover what it means to live in balance. Expect soulful Vinyasa classes that honor both form and freedom, deep Yin and restorative sessions that soothe the nervous system after winter’s contraction, sound healing to restore harmony within, and meditations, some offered in the mineral springs themselves, that invite you back to the altar of yourself, renewed and fully awake.
Space is limited to 12 participants maximum.
