Lauren and Leia will lead daily yoga and meditation classes and Emma will offer sound healing experiences.

Just two hours south of Lisbon, Cocoon Portugal is a 270 acre coastal farm and retreat located on the breathtaking Atlantic coast of Portugal, near the charming fishing village of Zambujeira do Mar, in the Alentejo region, which is known for its long stretches of untouched coastline and charming white-washed villages.
