Broughton Sanctuary, United Kindom
Return to the Well is an invitation to step outside the rhythm of ordinary life and enter a different kind of time.
Immersed in the exquisite beauty of a historic English estate and 2,500 acres of rolling countryside, we will journey inward as much as outward through spiritual practice, movement, ritual, reflection, creativity, rest, and meaningful connection.
As women, so much of our lives extends outward as we tend to families, relationships, work, creativity, and community. This retreat is an opportunity to tend just as deeply to the inner world: the inner well, the inner sanctuary, and the quiet wisdom within.
Come to be nourished. Stay to be celebrated.
The Well is the place within us that still knows.
It is the source of our intuition, creativity, feminine wisdom, spiritual connection, and deepest desires.
It is the inner sanctuary we return to when the noise quiets and we can hear ourselves clearly again.
This retreat is an invitation to return to that inner well. To listen more closely. To remember what nourishes you. To make space for what is changing. And to become curious about what wants to emerge next.
Broughton Sanctuary is not simply where this retreat takes place. It is part of the experience itself.
Set within 2,500 acres of rolling Yorkshire countryside, the estate is surrounded by meadows, forests, streams, gardens, and rewilded sanctuaries. For five nights, we will make our home inside the historic Main Hall, surrounded by old libraries, oil paintings, worn wood, ancient trees, stone walls, and wide open land.
There is something about a place with this much history that changes your sense of time. The pace softens. The imagination opens. The inner world becomes easier to hear.
Broughton offers a rare meeting of elegance and wildness, beauty and earth, restoration and discovery.
It is exactly the kind of place that invites you to step out of ordinary life and into something deeper.

Spacious evenings to linger, laugh, and enjoy one another
Each day will have its own rhythm, with room for both meaningful practice and the pleasure of simply being there.
For five nights, you do not have to be the one holding everything together.
You do not need to prepare the meals, organize the day, or know what comes next.
You can simply arrive.
Let yourself be fed. Let yourself be taught. Let yourself wander. Let yourself soak, breathe, stretch, write, question, nap, laugh, dress beautifully, walk beneath old trees, and stay up talking with women you met only days before.
Let yourself receive.
There is something deeply restorative about being cared for without needing to earn it.
When women gather in a space like this, something begins to happen.
We start to see one another outside the roles we occupy in ordinary life. Not through achievement, age, responsibility, or all the ways we have learned to measure ourselves.
We witness one another fully.
We listen. We laugh. We tell stories. We encourage what wants to emerge. We become mirrors for one another.
And so, a group of women who arrived as strangers begins to feel like a circle.
There is a particular kind of freedom that appears when women gather without needing anything from one another except presence, honesty, curiosity, and companionship.
You may come to Broughton because you need time for yourself.
You may leave with friendships that become part of the next chapter of your life.
Something in your life is shifting, even if you cannot yet name exactly what it is
You have spent years tending to responsibilities, relationships, work, family, and the people you love, and something inside you is asking for your attention now
You are outgrowing an old version of yourself
You are curious about the woman you are becoming
You are craving spiritual community, sacred connection, and meaningful conversation with other women
You want spiritual depth without rigidity
You want reflection, but you also want beauty, pleasure, laughter, and play
You are drawn to ritual, myth, intuition, creativity, and the mystery of being alive
You want space to dream, imagine, and remember what inspires you
You feel ready to step outside your everyday life long enough to hear yourself more clearly
And perhaps, as you read this, something inside you has already begun whispering: Go.
We cannot tell you exactly what realization will find you here. That belongs to you.
But we know how we hope you feel when you leave.
Inspired.
Creative.
Clear.
Rested.
Rejuvenated.
Connected.
Connected to your own inner knowing.
Connected to the natural world.
Connected to something sacred.
Connected to women who have witnessed you, supported you, and celebrated you.
Perhaps you return home with a new vision.
Perhaps with a decision.
Perhaps with a question you are finally ready to ask.
Or perhaps you simply return feeling more alive inside your own life.
That is enough.

Morgan
Morgan brings more than fifteen years of teaching experience and a body of work rooted in the intersection of spiritual practice, embodiment, and the inner life.
As a Katonah Yoga® teacher, seasonal guide, writer, and teacher of ritual, her work explores the ways our bodies, our stories, and the natural world reflect one another.
Deeply influenced by Jungian and post-Jungian thought, she weaves myth, metaphor, archetype, imagination, and psycho-spiritual inquiry into practices that invite women into deeper relationship with themselves.
At the heart of her work is a belief in thresholds, in ritual as a way of marking change, in the intelligence of the body, and in the importance of women gathering together.
Kristina
Kristina's journey through the practice of yoga has been an exploration of the places where science and spirit meet. She believes it is every Being’s birthright to live a life of passion, purpose and fullest potential. Through a practice that both nourishes and informs, Kristina leads her students to reflect how the outer experience of the life path relates to one’s own inner reflection of the cosmic Soul.
With over three decades of study, trainings, and immersion, Kristina received her YTT-200 Vinyasa Yoga certification in 2014 with Dana Flynn at Laughing Lotus Yoga Center NYC and KRI Kundalini Yoga certification in 2016 with master yogi Hari Kaur Khalsa at HariNYC. She leads international retreats and specializes in the work of women’s circles and expansive growth. A forever curious and lifelong learner, Kristina is currently engaged in receiving her 300 Hour Yoga Teacher Training at the Kripalu Center for Yoga in Stockbridge, Massachusetts.
Through the practice of yoga, deep pranayama and meditation, sound therapies, poetry, music, mythology, and storytelling, the yoga experiences Kristina curates help students dive deep into spaces of transformative self-study. Safe containers for deep relaxation and life healing are benefits of this practice. It is her privilege to guide students to discover their own unique gifts in this lifetime and her yoga experiences promote true benefits to the body, mind, and spirit.

There may never be another gathering exactly like this one.
These women.
These teachers.
This land.
This particular season of your life.
That is part of what makes pilgrimage meaningful.
Sometimes we have to leave the familiar landscape of our everyday lives in order to encounter ourselves differently. And sometimes the smallest inner whisper deserves to be followed.
If something in you is stirring as you read this, we invite you to listen.
Come to the countryside.
Come wander the grounds.
Come ask the questions.
Come laugh with women you have not met yet.
Come remember what you love.
Come be cared for.
Come be surprised.
Come to be nourished.
Stay to be celebrated.
Return to the Well.
