Jerry Givens is a Yoga & Meditation Educator, Life Coach, and Author who is passionate about wellness, mindfulness, and holistic healing. He has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2008 and he completed his advanced yoga teacher certification in 2014. Since then, he’s assisted numerous yoga teacher trainings and retreats, and in 2019 he completed the Internal Family Systems Therapy Level 1 training program. He is also the author of the popular book "Essential Pranayama: Breathing Techniques for Balance, Healing, and Peace" (2020).
