Autumn is a time of returning – leaves to the earth, geese to the south, day yields to night. We, as witnesses, are ripe for reflection.
Yoga invites us into presence – an opportunity to slow down, listen and reconnect with our selves. Writing offers another way inward, allowing us to uncover the stories unfolding within and around us.
Set amidst the coastal beauty of Palos Verdes, California, this retreat brings these practices together in a nourishing weekend of movement, reflection, and connection. Through yoga, meditation, and writing, we will create a space to pause, breathe, and explore what is emerging in this season of life.
Our days will include:
Vinyasa, Yin, and Meditation practices to cultivate presence, clarity, and ease
Guided writing explorations designed to encourage creativity, inquiry and insight
Time to walk, rest, reflect, and enjoy the natural landscape of the California coast
Meaningful conversation and community with fellow seekers, writers, and practitioners
This retreat is not about perfecting poses or producing polished pages. It is about allowing ourselves time to reconnect, nourish our inner life, and explore what yearns to emerge when we step away from the demands of everyday life.
Our gathering will be small and intimate. We will begin on Thursday afternoon and conclude on Saturday evening. Additional details, including accommodations, schedule, and registration information, will be shared soon.
