We’re bringing you the best of Bali on this 7 night, 8 day yoga retreat with Robin Martin and Morgan Zion to experience the island’s culture, mysticism and magic! Feel the peaceful nature surrounding the rice fields of Ubud, the buzz of the beach and surf town of Canggu, and the ocean vibes of the the beautiful beaches in Uluwatu. In between our yoga practice, we’ll get to experience a spiritual cleanse in the Holy waters of Tirta Empul Temple, a sound healing bath, massages and floral baths, shop local markets, and indulge in foods from the best spots in town. ABOUT ROBIN MARTIN
Robin Martin is a certified yoga instructor and avid acroyoga teacher based in Seattle, WA. She discovered early in her practice that breath with body movement can release the stresses of daily life, and deeply weaves them into her classes. Her use of creative, alignment-based sequencing provides a safe space for her students to let go of the outside world and heal the body from the inside out.
You can find her teaching locally in Seattle as well as leading retreats and workshops across the country and internationally.
ABOUT MORGAN ZION
Exercise and athletic movements have always been part of Morgan Zion’s life. As a D1 collegiate soccer and track athlete, she always trained hard, which meant her body took on a lot of injuries. In an effort to get out of the training room and back onto the field, she found Yoga.
For Morgan, yoga encompassed the perfect blend of strength, recovery, flexibility, and rest that she needed to heal and build confidence. After college, she pursued her RYT 200 and began sharing her passion for yoga by teaching her own style of athletic, fun, challenging yoga.
UBUD - 4 Nights
Known as the cultural centre of Bali is famous for its beautiful lush rice fields, vegan cafes, yoga studios, spas, markets filled with locally made arts and crafts and ancient temples. The locals preserve their culture with traditional dances and elaborate temple ceremonies that are taken to the streets. This retreat location is peaceful, high in spiritual energy and is the perfect setting to reset before you head home.
CANGGU - 3 Nights
Once a sleepy coastal village of Bali is now a popular destination among surfers, yogis, digital nomads, expats and creatives. Filled with an array of cafes, restaurants, yoga and fitness studios, spas, and beach clubs this vibrant beach town has something for everyone.
A $500 USD Non Refundable initial deposit will secure your spot on the retreat or you may choose to pay in full. The remaining balance is due 60 days prior to the retreat start date. Please do not book your flight until you have received a confirmation to do so. You will be provided with instructions on when to arrive/depart along with travel agent details to assist you with your flight booking (or you may book your flight on your own).
An information package will be sent 15 days prior to departure and will include the retreat schedule, recommended packing list and trip details.

IMPORTANT COVID ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: To enter Bali, proof of vaccination is required (2 doses at least 15 days before arrival) and a negative PCR test within 48 hours prior to departure is required.

1. Who can attend this retreat?
Our retreats are for everyone! It doesn't matter what your age, gender, race, weight, height, flexibility and level of experience is - the practice of yoga is for every single being. New to yoga? We all have to start somewhere and retreats are the perfect space to start and/or grow your practice. Don't worry about how advanced others may be and remember this journey is yours, take all the time and be patient with yourself. If you're new, let us know so we can make sure our teachers are prepped to assist you.
2. I've never travelled before and I don't have anyone to go with. Can I come alone?
Yes!! Before you go, we are here to guide you and get you prepared as much as possible for this retreat and travel experience. With us, you're never alone! We set up a group chat to communicate with one week prior to the retreat to check in and update each other as you start your travel from where ever you may be. We'll pair you up with a roommate, who will most likely end up being a lifelong friend. You may come alone, but you'll end up leaving with a community of like minded people who will forever be connected through this experience.
3. What do I need to pack?
30 days before your retreat, we'll send you a guide of what to pack and bring.
4. What type of travel insurance do I need and why is it mandatory?
Your insurance will need to cover emergency medical and trip cancellation/interruption. This is to protect you in case of any unforeseen circumstances either before or on your retreat.
5. Do you offer monthly payment plans?
Yes! Once you've paid the deposit amount, the remainder of your balance can be split and paid by the remaining months left until the full balance is due. For example, if the total retreat is $1,800 USD and you pay your $500 deposit in November - starting from December to June (7 months) you will pay a monthly fee of $186 USD. Shared double room with two separate beds - Rooms vary in style/type between Ubud and Canggu properties. Select gender when booking.
If you're booking with a friend or partner, please indicate their name on the booking form so we could arrange it accordingly. If you're booking solo and prefer female/male only room sharing please indicate this in your booking notes.

DAY 1: Welcome to the Island of Gods
We'll take you straight from the airport to our first home in Ubud to begin with an opening ceremony to meet your new friends followed by a traditional Balinese dinner to fill your bellies.
DAY 2: Grounding
We'll start our day with yoga followed by a yummy breakfast and then we're off to the town of Ubud to explore its temples, local markets and cafes. We'll head back in time for dinner and then immerse you in a Sound healing experience conducted by Shervin Boloorian - one of Bali's best sound healers.
DAY 3: Mind, Body & Soul Nourishment
After yoga and breakfast, we'll visit the Holy Water Temple called Tirta Empul. The locals of Bali flock to the temple to cleanse and purify their mind, body and soul from the several water springs inside the temple. We'll then head to Jungle Fish Pool Club set amidst the jungles of Ubud followed by relaxing massages and flower baths at Karsa Spa, one of Ubud's best spas. Nothing like an evening yin practice to compliment this day of zen and wind us down for a good night rest.
DAY 4: Exploration
A free day to curate your own experience - whether a sunrise morning hike to Mount Batur volcano, picturesque moments in the swings and rice fields of Ubud, visits to more temples, chase waterfalls, more spa time or a day to simply rest, you choose what's best to fill your cup. We'll meet at dinner to indulge in a vegan foodie experience at one of Ubud's best vegan restaurants- Zest.
DAY 5: Joy and Good Vibes
Morning yoga, breakfast then we're off to Canggu or often referred to as the "Gu". Canggu has become a hot spot for digital nomads, hipsters, and tourists of all kind. It's a playground for all things - surf, yoga, sunsets or night life, the vibes are here! We'll check into our retreat centre the Cosmo and spend the afternoon settling in and exploring the town. We'll head to St. Tropez Beach Club for a rooftop Sunset Vinyasa Flow followed by dinner and good vibes.
DAY 6: Ocean Bliss
After morning yoga and breakfast, we're taking you to the coastal and beach town of Uluwatu to spend the day at Palmilla Beach Club set on the white sand beach of Melasti. We'll stop for dinner and head home back to the Gu.
DAY 7: Finale
A morning yoga practice and breakfast - then the rest of the morning is yours to take in the last bit of Bali vibes, whether more spa time, surf or cafe hop. We'll then gather in the afternoon for our Arm Balance workshop - Defying Gravity led by Robin & Morgan. We'll enjoy our final night together with sunset and a beautiful dining experience to wrap up the beautiful week together.
DAY 8: Flight back home
Breakfast and time to say see you later!
