Imagine waking up to the sounds of the Costa Rican jungle, engaging in some peaceful and gentle morning movement led by your hosts, followed by a beautiful full-course breakfast. 

Day two will be an entire day of personal work. We will experience two full workshops with scheduled breaks. 

The first workshop in the morning is designed to help you connect and reflect on facing fear, your life's journey, your strengths, and struggles along the way. 

During the break between sessions, we'll have a three-course lunch prepared by the kitchen staff with ample time to take a dip in the pool, relax beachside, and decompress or connect with fellow participants.

In the second afternoon workshop of the day, we'll participate in an interactive group activity designed to help you relax, laugh, and learn with the spirit of play. This workshop will help you solidify the first workshop's lessons and will help you expand your understanding, enrich your experience, and make you smile, too. 

There will be plenty of free time in the early evening to explore the property and the shops of Tamarindo.

We'll finish the day with another incredible farm-to-table dinner, a daily reflection, and a guided meditation. 

Start the day with morning movement and prepare your mind and body for the incredible adventure ahead. Breakfast will be served on the go today as we head out early on the shuttle.  

This day is action-packed, with plenty of opportunities to face your fears. From taking a dip in the waters of a beautiful waterfall to scaling the treetops on a canopy tour and ziplining down across the horizon, there is something here for everyone.

Finish the adventure with a white water tubing experience that will get your heart pumping and a catered lunch before returning to the homestead for the evening.

Upon returning, you'll have free time to relax, freshen up, and reflect on the day's experience. 

Cap the night off with a beautiful farm-to-table four-course dinner and a provided discussion topic, followed by our nightly space for reflection and guided meditation.

After the previous day's physical journey, you will wake up feeling rested and alive, surrounded by the beauty of the Costa Rican jungle habitat. 

After a morning body rejuvenating movement session and a fresh breakfast meal, we'll dive in for our second day of deep personal work. 

In session one, we'll cover lessons such as "The Vally of Pain" and "To Me, For Me," as well as strategies and tactics designed to help you become aware of your inner dialogue and turn your inner critic into your greatest asset. Bring your journal and pen, and come prepared to expand your reality. 

After some free time and an elegant lunch, we'll return for the second group workshop. This session is designed to help you improve your self-confidence, establish healthy boundaries within your relationships, and solidify the power of your voice. 

Through carefully curated questions and discussion topics, we'll see how enhancing these skills will transform your environments to match your most significant desires with alignment and clarity.

There will be plenty of free time during the early evening to explore the property as well as the shops and venues of Tamarindo.

We'll finish day four with another incredible three-course farm-to-table dinner, a daily reflection, and a guided meditation. 

During our last full day of the retreat, we will start with our morning movement to wake you up and get the energy flowing. Then, we'll move to the dining hall for a full breakfast to nourish your body. 

After breakfast, we've programmed more free time to explore, relax, and reflect, as well as to gather your gear for the day's ocean excursion, which will take place after our final workshop.

The final workshop of the series is designed to help you visualize and clearly define a future you desire. During this experience, we will help you determine your guiding values while discussing the "Stages and Categories" of life. 

Second, we'll take time to explore your inner world through a transformational breathwork practice to help you somatically release anything stored in your body. Then, through a carefully curated guided meditation, you will create an envisioned future (Your North Star) through reflection prompts and visualization. This workshop is POWERFUL and will leave you feeling clear and deeply connected to yourself, your mission, and your purpose.

Be prepared to walk away with a sense of vigor and excitement to create a life that lights you up using the tools we've covered so you feel prepared and empowered to create your dream when you return home.

Our final adventure for the retreat will include lunch on a catamaran as we head to a beautiful open ocean near the heart islands, where we will snorkel, explore the ocean floor, and spend the afternoon in the sunshine!

Upon returning to the compound, we'll have time to clean up and rest before venturing off-site to La Senda for our final experience and an amazing farewell dinner.

Wear something nice and comfortable as we head to the mountain to visit the home of Cala Luna's owners and dine at one of the best-reviewed venues in Tamarindo for a celebratory meal to cap off the week with your new family.

Start your final day with some light movement in the morning to stretch and prepare yourself for the day of travel ahead. 

Come together one last time with friends as we connect in the Closing Circle. Here, we'll set our intentions for the return home, say our goodbyes, and celebrate the deep personal work you've completed. 

Convene for breakfast one last time in the dining hall and prepare as the airport shuttle will leave shortly after.
