Our itinerary is designed to take care of you in mind, body and spirit. Imagine waking up to the sounds of the ocean, stepping out onto the sand, and showering outside in clean fresh air. Daytime activities are planned for you with plenty of time to relax by the pool, in a hammock, or venture out to the beach.
As always, guests on our retreats build such beautiful connections and forge new friendships for life. You'll return home feeling more healthy and balanced with new ways of maintaining peace in your life. You will restore and renew your way of being with yourself, and your loved ones, and learn to reside in more inner peace, love and acceptance.
This desert beach oasis is located on 7 acres of property on the beautiful Baja coast, just one hour north of Cabo San Lucas. The property includes a saltwater pool, a beach with a magnificent coastline, a large beachfront yoga pavilion with breathtaking views of the ocean on one side and the mountains on the other.
Workshops: Laina leads several workshops designed to support you in living a more inspired, purpose driven life. We will explore what Soul Consciousness means and how you can begin living from this place, rather than getting lost within the constructs of the limited mind. You will gain more clarity on your purpose, and release limiting beliefs and situations that are holding you back from living your life in a more inspired, purposeful and joyful way. Laina holds a Masters Degree in Spiritual Psychology and Consciousness, Health & Healing and has been coaching clients, retreats and workshops for over 10 years. You will be supported and guided in a safe, nurturing space.
Yoga & Meditation: Marcie will lead the morning yoga classes. Marcie helps students deepen their practice through specific alignment and breath work. Marcie has trained in and teaches Hatha with Iyengar influence, Vinyasa, Restorative/Yin, SUP and Aerial yoga. She strives to embrace the inner connection of body, mind and breath through movement and safe alignment. Whether you’re a beginner or seasoned yogi, you’ll feel supported and challenged with different levels of modifications in each class.
Enjoy delicious meals tastefully prepared by Yandara’s incredible chefs. Both Laina and Marcie did their Yoga Teacher Training at Yandara and can attest the food in UNBELIEVABLE! Mostly vegetarian with some fish options. (No chicken or beef). All produce is local. Vegan, Gluten Free and Dairy Free Meals available upon request.
*All meals are included except for one dinner during our night out at Hierbanuena, our favorite farm-to-table restaurant in Todos Santos. You are welcome to order what you wish, including alcohol.

This is a general idea. On day of excursion, schedule will vary slightly. You will have plenty of time to relax, swim, get massage(s), astrology session, nap and whatever else your heart desires.
7:30am -9am: Meditation & Vinyasa Flow
9-10am: Breakfast
10:30-1pm: Workshop (3 days)
1-2pm: Lunch
2-6pm: Free Time
6-7pm: Dinner
7:30pm: Evening Event varies each night - ex: Sound Bath, Beach Bonfire, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, etc.
