About this trip

Something about the Caribbean coast, the raw energy of the jungle, the pure taste of the waterfalls that make you want to strip down, run to the ocean, screaming with joy, and gush with the pleasures of the universe that surround you.

We all have a wild woman that lives within us. This retreat will provide tools and hold space for her to come alive and to transform. In my experience, there is a magic that exists when women gather in this way. This magic stays with you and provides positive shifts wherever they are needed.

When we begin to look inwards and learn the tools that take us closer to our soul, we are rewarded by the radiant spirit that lives within us all. This spirit wants to understand her connection to nature. She wants to cover her body in warm oil, let her hair rejuvenate in the herbal remedies, let her body move and vibrate and experience life without limits. This woman is wild and she is ready to be awakened!

The Revive Retreat takes you to that space. We will explore Ayurvedic practices to find nourishment, rest and learn how to listen to our bodies.

Free-spirited movement, workshops, yoga, ceremony space and connection to untouched nature will take you deeper into your vessel and rediscover your power to be heard, to be seen and to heal.

Come home to yourself here on the Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica!

Ayurveda

What sets this retreat apart?

We will explore Ayurveda- ancient Indian wisdom that takes a feminine approach to wellness. Ayurveda is the science of life made up of the natural elements. Ayurveda is our connection, awareness, stability and nourishment. She makes us who we are and tells us what we need to be. This holistic system of health is a beautiful way to acknowledge our power. The power to heal ourselves with remedies, nutritional guidance and self care techniques we all have access too. You will receive many take home tips, recipes & knowledge to implement into your life.

Ayurveda has changed my life. She has created a positive space for growth, appreciation, awareness and strength I never knew before I discovered her.

Activities

There will be many opportunities to learn about other feminine medicine. We will have guest teachers sharing kundalini yoga, sacred sexuality, music circles, sound healing and more.

We will also take time out in nature, the nearby beaches and parks. We will visit a waterfall and travel to a local farm to learn from a medicine woman about the natural remedies that surround us.

There will be plenty of time to take for yourself, to restore and revive.

As well as opportunities to book extra excursions including zip lining, snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, horseback riding and more.

Yoga

Daily Yoga classes will be provided for all levels. Mornings will consists of a hatha or kundalini style yoga and evenings will consist of a Yoga Nidra.

Three meals a day are included on your trip. These meals are local, vegetarian, organic and made with love in the colorful kitchen of Tierra de Suenos. All dietary needs can be catered to, as well as non-vegetarian. Please confirm this beforehand.

Fresh coffee, tea, filtered water and fruits will be available throughout the day.

Location

The Caribbean Coast of Costa Rica is like the garden of Eden, a hidden gem, untouched and raw in its beauty and nature.

The magic from the rainforest that lines the spectacular beaches rejuvenates and heals the soul.

The Tierra de Suenos Lodge & Wellness Center is located in Playa Chiquita, 6 kms from Puerto Viejo de Talamanca.

You will be staying in a serene and lush jungle hideaway on the Caribbean coast of Costa Rica. The life, untarnished vital rainforest brings pure pleasant scents, sounds of monkeys, and plentiful animals in their natural habitat.

Playa Chiquita is an international neighborhood that celebrates ecotourism, nature, and diversity. Some of our neighbors include several delicious restaurants and cafes, an all services grocer, local farmers market certain days of the week, and various tourist services.

Playa Chiquita is sandwiched between well-known Punta Uva beach on one side and Cocles Beaches on the other side.

Staying at Tierra de Sueños you can enjoy Costa Rican ecotourism at its best, be removed from the action and noise yet you can easily get into Puerto Viejo with a quick bike ride or taxis that run all day and night.

The retreat center is within walking distance to a grocery store, delightful restaurants, incredible beaches, and a farmers market 2x a week.

Accommodation

Tierra de Suenos is nestled amongst the rainforest. The property consists of a main dining hall, 8 private bungalows and a large yoga deck surrounded by nature.

Your bungalow is fully equipped with a queen size bed, mosquito net, private bathroom, hot water shower, front porch, hammock, sitting area and housekeeping. The option for a shared bungalow is also available. Prices listed below.

Travel Requirements

The Revive Retreat is dedicated to ensuring you are safe and well looked after during your stay. Here in the Caribbean we are located far away from any major cities and the current pandemic is nearly behind us.

All local facilities are taking proper sanitation measures and masks are worn in the grocery store, bank or pharmacy. Otherwise, most spaces here are open air and the present moment and surrounding beauty brings you to a space of freedom.
