Why Colombia, you ask?
When I was in Colombia, more specifically, Medellin, our guide talked about their "short memory". Their ability to let the bad things go, they did not want to hold onto what was, because what could be was so much more!
I feel peace, in a certain sense, is resilience. It is knowing that things will happen that we may have not control over but that moving forward and with an open heart is our best choice.
We will visit many historical and interesting place in Medellin, including two guided tours. It will include an overnight trip to visit Guatape. And then we will finish in a remote and beautiful retreat on the Pacific Ocean with Prana Pacifico. They will provide fresh meals and several adventures, including a whale watching tour.
As with all Revolutionary tours, there will be yoga offered while we are traveling but is not the focus or required. While we are at Prana Pacifico there will be workshops offered.
This trip will show us the history while meeting the present in this amazing and resilient country.
