Our spring RewildRestore experience in the Cyclades, led by founder Patricia Garcia-Gomez and her long-time collaborator Anita Papantoniou, will offer the power of water ritual and an immersion into the senses and ancient dreams. Through greeting the Aegean daily, sacred water ritual, meditation, restorative multi-sensory experiences, and active immersion in place, join us for 7-days where you will renew down to the cellular level. RewildRestore is a time to fill up, listen, and be free in the peaceful, wild beauty of this unspoiled, sacred island. A clearing for creativity and connection to your most potent self.
What you will experience
Connection to the Aegean and water rituals A key theme of RewildRestore is water, our teacher, mentor, and muse. Water has the power of resetting your nervous system, and soothing all the way down into your cells. It also holds space for ancient memories and new inspirations. We will greet the Aegean daily with a morning swim ritual, and also set off for secret swim locations that not many people get to experience.
Restorative multi-sensory experiences We will restore with sound meditation and other nourishing sensory rituals set amongst the ancient.
Nourishment We believe in the power of food to unite people, so dinners take place around a single, convivial table. All meals at Eros Keros will be farm and sea to table, and locally sourced from near-by farms and local fishermen, inspired by a long tradition of authentic Greek cooking, handed down through Anita's mother and grandmother. Meals out will be the freshest and most expressive of this wonderful island and its local culture.
Community: We believe that the most profound and magical openings can happen in community. From morning swims, to sacred ritual, secret adventures to ancient places, and dinners under the stars, we will journey together. We are a small group, limited to 10 people.
We are requiring all guests to show proof of vaccination for COVID-19 and negative COVID test within 3 days of arrival. Please be ready to provide this at registration.

- RoomRewildRestore includes 6 nights at Eros Keros, four luxurious Cyclades-style houses that gaze directly onto the sacred island of Keros, surrounded by olive trees, wild thyme and the Aegean Sea.
- NourishmentAll meals at Eros Keros will be farm and sea to table, and sourced locally. Meals out will be of the freshest, most delicious, and most expressive of the local flavors and culture.
- Morning swim ritualsWe will greet the Aegean daily with a morning swim ritual that will also include meditation. We will also set off for secret swim locations that not many people get to experience.
