9:30 AM – Human Design & Gene Keys Session & Relational practices
An interactive circle exploring personal and couple charts — offering insight into individual patterns and relational energetics.
11:00 AM – Nature Immersion or Land-Based Contribution (Optional)
Connect to the land with guided activities like harvesting, composting, or forest walk meditations. Hands-on or contemplative, at your pace.
12:30 PM – Wholesome Lunch
A grounding, communal meal designed to support clarity and energy.
2:00 PM – Somatic Movement & Breathwork Journey
Release stored tension, restore nervous system balance, and access deeper emotional clarity through guided movement and breath.
4:00 PM – Restorative Practices
Choose from:
- Silent contemplation
- Cacao and creative journaling
- Sauna & cold immersion cycle
- Swimming in the eco pool
6:00 PM – Shared Dinner
Connect and digest the day’s experiences over a nourishing meal in community.
