A 7 day Tantric Hatha Yoga and Sound retreat for women to connect, adventure, replenish and tap into their divine feminine power.

Daily morning Tantric Hatha Yoga and Meditation Practices with Nikki and intentionally curated evening workshops with both Nikki and Kate filled with sound, dance, chanting, reiki, journaling, yin & yoga nidra and deep connection with your soul sisters.

Extra time for excursions, like snorkeling and surfing, or simply relax laying out on our private beach, reading in a hammock, indulging in ocean front spa services, drinking a coconut by the pool while whale watching, or whatever your heart desires!

Nourish your body with the lovingly prepared and health conscious meals from the farm fresh kitchen of Xinalani. Chilaquiles for breakfast and vegan/gluten free chocolate cake for dessert? Yes please!

*All deposits and payments are refundable up until 3 months before the retreat start date. After that your deposit is not refundable. It is transferrable to another retreat if you have to late cancel due to any circumstance. If you or the retreat hosts are able to find a replacement for your spot your deposit and any other monies paid will be refunded minus a 5% service fee.

Kate Schofield is a Sound Artist, Energy Worker and Meditation Teacher. She has spent the last 10 years healing and training in many different modalities in the Healing Arts. Kate’s passion is helping Highly Sensitive People and creatives move through this world with ease, access their highest gifts, and become the clearest channel for the creations that wish to be birthed through them.

Kate’s gift is in helping people remember who they were before the world told them who they should be. Through using your unique resonance, sound and voice, she reminds you of your sacred remembrance; because ultimately, we are sound.

1:1 Energy Healing Session:

~ One on one energy healing sessions will be intuitively guided and completely unique to the individual receiving the healing. Kate will channel universal life energy that will tune you back to your authentic frequency. All you have to do is simply do is lay down, stay open and receive. Hands on healing, sound and different vibratory tools will be used to create a healing atmosphere. The energies created in the session are designed to harmonize the physical body and harmonize the aura, energy body and energy centers. Kate will pull angel oracle cards and offer intuitive messages if received. To be able to receive this offering in the lush surroundings on retreat will be an experience like no other! Nikki Nie is a 500 hour Registered Tantric Hatha Yoga and Meditation teacher and under the Sri Vidya lineage she masterfully facilitates spaces for people to empower their energy and ultimately their life!

Nikki feels we are only as healthy as our mind, and blends principles of Ayurveda and the healing energy of Reiki to initiate deep transformation to her clients so they can align with their true nature and have the confidence and tools to live out their dharma!

Her abundance of knowledge and positive yet commanding vibe has magnetized her own global community creating classes for Kinrgy, Tonal, FableticsFit, FitOn, Class FitSugar, Hyperice, as well as sharing on Oprah’s 2020 vision tour and virtual seminars with Tony Robbins. Your bags are packed, you've taken action, and now it's time to fly!

Make sure that you book a flight that lands anytime before 4pm to ensure ample time for your transfers to the remote resort. Or you can always find a flight that lands the night before the retreat and book yourself a hotel for the evening in Puerto Vallarta, if that works better when looking at itineraries.

Your retreat price includes your shuttle transfers to and from the PVR airport to the marina (a 20 minute drive) as well as your boat transfer to and from the resort. (40 minute boat ride, pro tip: bring a windbreaker to keep you cozy!)

Once you arrive to Xinalani the staff will help carry your luggage to the resort. If there's swell you'll get dropped off at the dock and it's about a 15 minute walk through the cutest little town to you room. If the waves are mellow the boat can drop you off right on the beach next to the resort. Wear something that you can get knee deep in the ocean with if this is the case.

You will be greeted with a non-alcoholic welcome drink at the front desk when you check in and climb the epic bamboo stairs to get to your gorgeous hideaway. Settle into your room before a delicious dinner at 7:30pm.

Time to get horizontal! Get some deep rest after a long travel day. The rooms are all open air, so you will fall asleep to the sound of the waves ebbing and flowing onto the sand. The maid will draw down your blinds at dinner and prepare your bed where you will be cocooned in a mosquito net so that you can have the deepest most peaceful sleep...dare I say ever?!

7-7:30am Coffee, tea, fruit, yogurt and granola. (optional)

8-9:45am Morning Tantric Hatha Yoga Practice. (asana, pranayama, meditation) All Levels

10-11am Breakfast Buffet (the food here is AMAZING!)

11-2:30pm Excursion or Free Time! (surf, snorkel, cold plunge, hike, horseback ride, whale watch, swim with wild dolphins, participate in a temezcal ceremony with a local shaman, take a cooking class, get a massage, nap, read, you are tucked away in nature and have so many options to keep you nourished and away from screens and devices)

2:30-3:30pm Lunch Buffet (More local deliciousness, trust me, you will never go hungry while you're here)

5-6:45pm Evening Workshop (Sound bath, ecstatic dance, yin, yoga nidra, aerial yoga, mantra, voice activation, are some possibilities of what will be shared)

7-8pm Dinner Buffet (More home cooked local Mexican buffet. Make sure to save room for dessert!)

8pm and beyond: Chat with your new sangha, and then take hot shower. Your room will be turned down for the night by the staff with mosquito nets in place over your bed. We are right on the water, so you get to fall asleep to the sound of the waves lapping onto shore. Rest well.

Smooth Transition Home
Ahhhhh! You are rested, tan, at peace and so filled with gratitude and connection that you are ready and prepared to safely return home more nourished and more YOU!

You will check out of your room by 10am and enjoy one last oceanside breakfast. There will not be a guided practice this morning so you can sleep in a little or now that you have the tools to guide yourself, you can use one of the yoga shala's for your own personal practice.

Xinalani suggests booking a flight out of Puerto Vallarta after 11am to ensure ample time to get from the resort to the airport. If your flight is later in the day you can keep your luggage at the front desk and continue to soak up the sun on the beach chairs or sit in the shaded dining area or even walk around the charming little town of Quimixto.

When you are ready to take the boat back to Puerto Vallarta the staff will help carry your luggage through town to the dock. Safe travels home as you reflect on the epic adventure you were just a part of and wave hasta manana to the beautiful town and people of Mexico.

My week spent at Rewild: Tantric yoga, Meditation and Sound with Nikki and Kate was the unexpected medicine my soul needed. From the very first day, the connections we made were instant and profound. We felt safe to be vulnerable, sharing tears, laughter, and heartfelt moments. Nikki and Kate, our incredible hosts, were true beacons of light, guiding us with their wisdom and love. This retreat was more than just yoga; it was a journey of the heart and soul. We practiced a variety of yoga styles, including yin yoga, yoga nidra, and pranayama to just name a few with each session deepening our connection to ourselves and each other. Kate's energy sound healing sessions with her beautiful sound bowls were nothing short of transformative, touching the very core of our beings. Learning to use tuning forks and practicing on each other added another layer of healing and connection. The experience was a warm embrace for our hearts, a sanctuary where lifelong bonds were formed. This retreat has left me completely transformed, providing the reset I needed for my busy life. It was my first retreat, and I can't imagine attending another unless it's hosted by the wonderful Nikki and Kate. The love, connection, and transformation I experienced will stay with me forever. its hard to find words for an experience like this! I did many Teacher Trainings but this Training has truly changed my Life in such a impactful Way! The half online and half in Person was the perfect combo while doing Life beside the Training. Nikki and Keli and all the Guest Teachers just did such an incredible Job with sharing embodied Wisdom, holding Space, taking care of all Needs and Questions. To immerse as a Group in the beautiful Mountains of Batukaru in Bali just made this experience a once in a Lifetime Opportunity. It is the perfect Place to dive Deep and experience what it means to Live Yoga in its Essence. I did many other Teachings but none of them came with that holistic approach! I can`t recommend Lahari Yoga School enough, for every Soul, whether you have the intention to share the teachings or not. It will change your Life and the World around you for the better!
