What’s not included
- International FlightsArrive in Cape Town no later than 4pm on Tuesday, November 5th.You will be required to purchase your own arrival and departing flights into Cape town. Please keep in mind time changes when booking.
- Some mealsWe will include one group lunch or dinner each day; all meals on safari included; Food in Hermanus region is very affordable; We will also stay in vacation cottages with kitchens
- Travel insuranceEach group member will be required to purchase travel insurance policy including medical care

I experienced the most incredible yoga and wellness trip to Africa, and then Costa Rica, and I’m still glowing from the experience. These were not just a vacation—they were a full reset for the body, mind, and soul.
Each day began with peaceful morning yoga sessions that grounded us in nature and intention, and ended with meditation, which created a perfect rhythm of energy and reflection.
In between, we experienced the vibrant beauty of Costa Rica through surfing, horseback riding on the beach, and quiet moments in tropical serenity. Every detail was thoughtfully curated to promote healing, connection, and adventure.

What an amazing trip! A trip like this is very hard to plan in your own. Where to go? Where to stay? So many options. This trip worked so well getting to do a bit of everything South Africa had to offer. Accommodations were lovely and itinerary was well planned.
