Parts the trip were wonderful, others not so much. The most unsatisfactory part was the cruise ship. While most of the staff was courteous and helpful, the operations of the ship needed extreme help. Long lines for the dining rooms at all times. Smaller cafes throughout the ship were never opened. Food overall was offered, but not delicious. I attended the afternoon tea one afternoon that was so unappealing and inadequate. I went to the small coffee cafe where the staff there could not properly brew a cup of tea. Massage at the spa was great, but the steam room and sauna were not opened for use. I asked for the safe in my room to be repaired, and never happened, even with multiple requests. Toilet was not working the last night of my stay. Waited multiple days over an hour each day to disembark the ship for an excursion. Then still a 15 minute once we arrived at the door to disembark. Too many long lines at too many times on the ship. I didn't pay to wait 60+ minutes per day that cut into my time on an excursion or for a meal. Never saw the cruise director except at the time of the excursion and at 1 evening show. Room was nice, clean as was washroom. Cities on the itinerary were ok, although I would have preferred a longer time in Turkiye. Tour guide was ok and knowledgeable. He unfortunately had to deal with a tourist in the group with a physical limitation that required medical attention. As for the mail to offer a review - I only received 1 email, letting me know that the email was a gentle 'last' reminder to provide a review. I did not receive a previous email and I checked spam and trash folders to be sure. Overall, so disappointing. I should be given at least a 50% refund. I can't recommend Lingo Tours or the cruise ship to any of my friend. There is so much room for improvement in many areas.

I had a fantastic time! The accommodations were great, the food was really delicious and our tour guide was fantastic. We were able to see the Northern Lights which was an incredible bucket list item. I loved the diamond beach and the glacier hike (although it was more difficult than an easy to moderate hike for sure) it was still breathtaking!! I can’t wait to return to Iceland and book another tour!

The trip was good. We saw many Greek tourist attractions and I especially loved our one-day trip to Turkey. Perhaps because of the nature of a cruise, there was a lot of down time and I wish we had more scheduled activities.

We had a wonderful time. The food was excellent and the adventures will be remembered forever. We were disappointed that Mother Nature’s activities cancelled our plans for the Blue Lagoon but our tour guide, Ingo, more than made up for it by providing us with other memorable activities in its place. This is the second time we have been on a Lingo tour and the second time we’ve had Ingo as our guide. I highly recommend Lingo & Ingo.
