Join Laura Gotlin, E-RYT 200 and RYT 500, and Toni Benino, RYT 500, this Fall for a restorative and nurturing weekend in Rhode Island. This retreat is a complete wellness experience created to help you realign physically, mentally and energetically. Through yoga, guided meditation, pranayama (breath work), outdoor exploration, reiki healing energy, home-cooked Ayurvedic vegan meals, and personal free time, you will cultivate deep restoration, relaxation and self-healing.
We will be staying in a beautiful mansion in Portsmouth, RI, approximately 8 miles away from historic Newport. Our home for the weekend has lots of indoor and outdoor space including four decks, a farmer's porch, billiard and shuffle board tables, and an indoor sauna.
At the end of the retreat, you will leave feeling restored and reconnected with yourself and with others.

Although the weekend is inclusive of many classes, and a group excursion, your time is ultimately yours. Knowing what best serves you, and allowing yourself to be responsive to that is one of the deepest acts of self-love.

All rooms are shared. Bed options are: a shared king (two people) or a twin (one person). There are 2-4 people per room. Room requests will be on a first come, first serve basis. There are 4 total bathrooms on the bedroom level, and 1 bathroom on the main level.
Our home will be fully cleaned and sanitized before our arrival. Please feel free to bring any cleaning products, sanitizers, etc for personal use that will increase your comfort level. Retreaters will kindly be asked to be tested for Covid within 2 weeks prior to retreat. We thank you in advance.

Check-in will begin at 4pm. We will move through a chill flow Yoga class to unwind from the day and the drive, (Time TBA), followed by a 7pm, home-cooked nourishing meal. We will close the night with a welcome activity, and cozy up in our weekend home.
We will begin our Saturday with a 7:00am guided meditation. Following meditation, we will move through a 60 minute reviving yoga flow. Breakfast will be served with love, after our practice. The early part of the day will be spent at Cliff Walk in Newport, RI (departure 11am), with a home-cooked lunch awaiting our return around 2:30pm. The hours following are yours to recharge and restore in a way that speaks closest to You. Add-on services are available as options for you during this time. Evening yoga will begin at 6pm, followed by a body & mind fueling dinner.
Our morning will begin at 7:00am with a guided meditation, followed by a 45 minute slow yoga flow. Breakfast will be served at 8:30am. Checkout time is TBA pending any additional night stays.
