For aspiring musicians and music lovers craving a little down-home nurturing and inspiration. Ground in to the rhythm of Nature and the high vibrations of music to heal, connect, and flow into a more balanced lifestyle.
Rhythm, in its most general sense, refers to a recurring pattern of movement or sound, often involving the alternation of strong and weak aspects. Human Beings are created of physical and energetic forms and just like an instrument, we can get out of tune. When our innate systems are out of balance, we become disconnected and unwell.
This retreat is to acknowledge where you are out of rhythm and offers tools, ancient wisdoms and modern modalities to return back to your center. You will leave with a higher frequency shifting how you vibrate through life and more clarity and confidence to meet your dreams.
In music, rhythm is the organization of sounds and silences in time, creating a distinct pattern. In the Rhythm Retreat, we utilize the sounds and rhythms of our internal beat and the surrounding music of Horseshoe Music Festival to bring these qualities to life!
To enter: submit music performance video 5 MINUTES (max! no exceptions) to francine@mwwjh.com with $40 registration donation (payment link "packages") to benefit:
