Jasper National Park should be on everybody’s bucket list. Jasper is one of two mountain towns in Canada's Rocky Mountains (the other one being Banff, Jasper's southern neighbor).  Jasper National park is home to breathtaking mountain peaks, glaciers and alpine lakes. Jasper National Park was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1984 and a Dark sky Preserve in 2011. As a Dark Sky Preserve, Jasper National Park has made a special commitment to protect and preserve the night sky and to reduce or eliminate light pollution in all its forms (aka there will be INCREDIBLE star gazing). Other than its inspiring mountains and gorgeous night sky Jasper is probably most famous for its wildlife. During your stay you may be lucky and spot caribou, elk, moose, or mountain goats roaming throughout the park.

I had such a wonderful time in Tuscany! We were able to embark on a river hidden beneath cavernous rocks, enjoy a pasta making class, and leisure time to explore. I connected with everyone on the trip and looking forward to another return!

This retreat was wonderful. Full of amazing yoga experiences and beautiful hikes. The add on experience of massage was also great. The food was next level and the accommodations were super comfortable and upscale. Thank you for an amazing experience.

I had a wonderful experience on this trip. It was my first retreat and I'm already looking forward to booking another! I've been doing some soul searching and I was yearning to be immersed in nature to help reconnect with myself. That is when I stumbled upon the world of retreats. I narrowed my search down to Costa Rica because of the jungle, ocean, yoga community and adventures it offered. After speaking with Christine, I was confident this retreat was right for me and I'm so happy I booked it. Christine was so friendly, welcoming and responsive. I loved the yoga classes and sound healing offered twice daily! The sound healing with Zoe was like nothing I've experienced before and it was absolutely beautiful. I also really loved Harper's hypnotherapy. The resort was relaxing and it felt like I was really in the middle of the jungle. The food was pretty good; The smoothie/juice bar was excellent! It hit the spot in the hot and humid weather. The proximity to Playa Guinones was convenient. The beach was breath taking and I felt safe while out and about in Nosara. I did a few adventurous tours and those were also amazing. The staff at the resort and Christine were helpful when booking tours. I also loved the connections that were made with all the other retreat guests. It was a short period of time that we were with each other, and everyone came from such different backgrounds and walks of life, yet we all meshed together well and created amazing friendships. The last thing I thought I would take away from a retreat was the bonds I could make with other people, yet it ended up being of one of the most beautiful things I took away from the retreat. The support and energy we bounced off each other was special and meaningful. My only suggestion is to maybe throw in an optional mindfulness workshop or something of that sort... and maybe make the retreat a day longer! I didn't want it to end!

What a fabulous treat this much needed break was. Good to push myself with some challenging exercise, but also loved the restorative practices, which I was initially uncertain about. All in a gentle, welcoming environment with delicious homemade vegetarian food.. Would I do it all again tomorrow? In a heartbeat….
