Our event spans two stunning venues, with free transportation connecting them throughout the day. At the unique Hacienda Kancabchén, our primary cycling venue. Immerse yourself in the core of Mexican culture throughout history, heritage, and beautiful landscapes all around.

Meanwhile, Aranza Residential offers Elevating-Strength Classes and a state-of-the-art Recovery Station, giving you the perfect balance of endurance and recovery.

Cancellation Policy:

Due to the proximity of the event and the high demand we’ve received, we are unable to offer flexibility with cancellations this year. This means that while you may transfer your Ride the World (RTW) pass to another person, RTW will not be involved in these transactions.

Welcome to Mérida!

• Arrival at Mérida International Airport:
  • Guests will arrive at Mérida International Airport, where transportation to their hotel will be provided. While there won’t be an event staff member specifically greeting them at the airport, clear signage and instructions will ensure that guests know where to go to get their transport. There are transport services  at the airport to take them directly to their hotel in a very smooth way.
• Hotel Check-In & Relaxation:
  • Upon arrival at their hotel, guests will check in and have the opportunity to relax and get comfortable in their rooms. This is a great time for guests to unwind after their journey and prepare for the excitement ahead.
• Get to Know Other Riders:
  • Since guests may be arriving at different times, they will have the opportunity to meet and connect with fellow participants in the hotel’s common areas, such as the lobby, lounge, or poolside. This informal gathering provides an excellent opportunity to share excitement for the upcoming event and get to know other riders from around the world.
• Evening at Leisure:
  • The rest of the evening will be at guests' leisure. As participants may arrive at different times, there will be no formal event or dinner planned for the evening. Guests are encouraged to explore local restaurants at their own pace or enjoy a quiet evening in the hotel.
  • Dining Options: For those interested in dining out, we suggest nearby local restaurants where they can enjoy Yucatán specialties. Alternatively, the hotel may offer light snacks or room service for a more relaxed evening.

• Opening Ride
  • The excitement begins with the Opening Ride, featuring Josa, Catherine, Queenie, and Miss Alicia. This high-energy session will bring together the global cycling community, setting the tone for the event.
    
• Cycling Sessions Throughout the Day
  • After the opening ride, enjoy a mix of solo rides with Queenie, Miss Alicia, and BOOM, each bringing their unique energy.
  • Duo classes with Manuel G & Sergio Portillo, Alvin & Wolf, and Wolf & Angeel Reyes will offer a dynamic, collaborative experience.
    
• Snacks and Break Times
  • Take time to recharge between sessions with light snacks and breaks provided throughout the day. This will give you the chance to relax, hydrate, and fuel up for the next ride.
    
• Recovery & Relaxation
  • After a full day of cycling, visit the Recovery Station at Aranza Residential for stretching, foam rolling, and restorative services to help your muscles recover and prepare for the next day.
    
• Evening at Leisure
  • The evening is yours to explore Mérida, enjoy local Yucatán cuisine, or relax at your hotel after an exciting and challenging day.

• Opening Ride
  • Start your day with an electrifying Opening Ride led by Alvin, Daniela, Leon, and Sergio. This high-energy session will bring together a mix of coaching styles and set the tone for another exciting day of cycling.
    
• Cycling Sessions Throughout the Day
  • The cycling continues with a variety of solo rides from iconic coaches like Gabriel Seibel, BOOM, El Azote, and Omar. Each of them will lead their own powerful session, offering a range of experiences and intensities to keep you engaged and challenged.
  • Duo classes will follow with dynamic pairings: Kim & Miss Alicia, Sanne & Josa, Bruna & Jorge, and Miss Alicia & Angeel—each duo bringing their own unique style and energy to the ride.
    
• Snacks and Break Times
  • Between rides, enjoy snacks and breaks to stay energized throughout the day. Take time to hydrate, relax, and prepare for the next exciting class.
    
• Recovery & Relaxation
  • After an action-packed day, visit the Recovery Station at Aranza Residential for restorative services like stretching and foam rolling to help your body recover.
    
• Evening at Leisure
  • The evening is yours to unwind. Explore Mérida, try local Yucatán specialties, or relax back at your hotel after a full day of cycling.

The Grand Finale of Ride the World!

• Opening Ride
  • Start the final day with an electrifying Opening Ride led by Sergio, Omar, Caio, and Terry. It’s the perfect way to bring together the global community for one last day of high-energy cycling.
    
• Cycling Sessions Throughout the Day
  • The day continues with solo rides from Jorge, Marion Pierce, and Gabriel Seibel.
  • Meanwhile, the duo classes will keep the energy high, featuring incredible pairings like Manuel G & Ophelia, Sanne & Daphne, El Azote & Checo, Jia & Tim, Queenie & Miss Alicia, Richie & Mar, and Kim & Mo.
    These dynamic classes will keep you motivated and challenged throughout the day, offering a variety of styles and approaches to push your limits.
    
• Snacks and Break Times
  • Take advantage of snacks and breaks between sessions to stay fueled and hydrated for the final stretch.
    
• Recovery & Relaxation
  • Throughout the day, you can visit the Recovery Station at Aranza Residential, where you’ll find stretching areas and restorative services to help your muscles recover whenever you need a break.
    
• Closing Ride with Gabriel Seibel
  • The final ride of the event will be with Gabriel Seibel. This powerful and inspiring solo session will leave you with a sense of achievement, marking the perfect end to Ride the World.
    
• Closing Party
  • After the final ride, join us for the Closing Party, where we’ll celebrate the incredible experience of Ride the World 2025. Enjoy music, food, and festivities as we wrap up the event in style.

A Farewell to Ride the World

• Morning:
  • Packing & Check-Out: Take some time to pack your belongings and check out of your hotel. If you need any assistance with luggage handling or check-out procedures, the hotel staff will be available to help.
  • Last Moments in Mérida: Depending on your departure time, you may have a little extra time to enjoy Mérida. Feel free to relax or explore the city one last time before heading to the airport. Event staff will be happy to offer recommendations for nearby attractions or activities if you have some time to spare.
    
• Transportation to the Airport
  • Airport Transfers: Our transportation service will be available to take you from your hotel to the airport. Be sure to be ready on time for your scheduled transfer.
