Our trips are open to everyone! Whether you're traveling solo, with a friend, or as a couple, you'll find a welcoming and fun group to join. We do not discriminate based on gender, race, nationality,  or sexuality —everyone is welcome to be part of this exciting experience. Come as you are, and let's create unforgettable memories together! 

Our travelers will stay at Scorial Rio Hotel, located in one of Rio’s most vibrant neighborhoods. The hotel offers easy access to everything you might need— bars, metro, restaurants, pharmacies, and shops—all within walking distance.

Our Standard Package includes accommodation in a triple room, shared with two of your fellow travelers. The Comfort Package offers a twin room, shared with just one travel mate. For those seeking more privacy, private room upgrades are also available.

All room options come with a private bathroom and include a daily breakfast to start your day right.

Before the trip, we create a WhatsApp group so everyone can connect in advance, and we’re happy to accommodate roommate requests whenever possible.

If no preference is indicated, we assign rooms based on gender and/or sexual orientation to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for everyone.

Yes! We offer payment plans at no extra cost. You can pay for your trip in installments, with the final payment due 30 days before departure. Simply select the best payment plan option during booking.  

We recommend flying into Rio de Janeiro - Galeão International Airport (GIG). To make the most of your arrival day and our group activities, we suggest booking flights that arrive by early afternoon. This gives us time to gather and kick off the trip with a fun meet-and-greet in the evening!  

We understand that plans can change. However, due to the nature of this trip (big event with high demand), all cancellations will be partial made between 39 and 16 days before departure. If the cancellation occurs within 15 days of the trip, no refund will be issued. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, and processing times may vary. 

Welcome to Rio! Once you land, we’ll pick you up at the airport and take you straight to the accommodation to get settled in. In the afternoon or early evening, we’ll have a chill hangout session so everyone can start getting to know each other. Whether you want to relax and recover from your flight or start diving into the vibe, it's totally up to you. Later that night, you’ll have a free evening to rest or, if you're already in the mood to party, you can join an optional samba night and start the Carnival celebrations the local way. 

It’s time to jump into the chaos—in the best way possible. Early in the morning, we’ll head out to experience Rio’s legendary street parties, also known as "blocos." Expect loud music, wild costumes, dancing in the streets, and yes—shots to get the day going. We'll stop for a proper lunch mid-day to recharge. After 2pm, the rest of the day is yours to relax, nap, hit the beach, or do your own thing (or even continue t partying in the streets). And for those who can’t get enough, there’s an optional Carnival-themed party at night with Brazilian beats, dance floors, and full-on festive energy. 

We’re switching it up a bit with a city tour in the early morning. This is your chance to check off Rio’s top landmarks like Christ the Redeemer, Sugarloaf Mountain, and the colorful streets of Lapa. After soaking in the views and snapping some epic photos, we’ll grab lunch at a local spot. The afternoon is free, giving you time to relax or explore. Feeling the party spirit again? Join us for another optional Carnaval-themed night out to end the day with style.  

In the morning, we’ll dive deeper into Rio’s cultural roots with a guided Favela Tour. You’ll get a real look into the communities that help shape this city’s identity, with stories, art, and views that will stay with you long after the trip ends. After lunch, the rest of the day is up to you. We’ll suggest an optional beach hangout at Ipanema for sunset, where you can vibe with the crew, grab a drink, and soak in the golden hour.  At night, get ready for one of the biggest highlights of the trip: the Samba Parade at the Sambadrome. This is not just a show—it’s an explosion of color, rhythm, and emotion that’ll blow your mind.  

Another free day to enjoy Rio your way! Whether you want to dive back into Carnaval with more blocos or opt for some downtime, the city is yours to discover.
