• 4-star hotel in Copacabana

Flights are not included in this trip. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights to and from Rio de Janeiro (GIG airport).

Tours and transportation may be private or small-group experiences depending on the final group size. All experiences listed in the itinerary will be included regardless of group size.

The itinerary is subject to minor changes due to weather, Carnival scheduling, vendor availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. All activities and experiences listed as included will be provided, but the order and timing may change.

A $400 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your spot. The remaining balance will be split into monthly payments and must be paid in full by January 2027. If payments are not made on time, your spot may be released and payments may be forfeited.

This is a group trip, but travelers are responsible for their own behavior, purchases, and personal decisions during free time and nightlife activities. Participation in optional activities and nightlife is at your own discretion.

Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers. Insurance can help protect your trip investment in case of cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, or lost baggage. Each traveler is responsible for purchasing their own travel insurance.
