On the first day of the Rio and Amazon Package, we will pick you up at Rio de Janeiro airport (SDU or GIG) and take you to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day exploring the city at your own pace!
We will start the day by visiting Corcovado, home to the Christ the Redeemer statue, one of the seven wonders of the modern world, located in the Tijuca National Park, a place of rich natural beauty.
We will take a break to visit the exterior of the Maracanã Stadium to learn a bit about the history of the stadium that hosted the FIFA World Cup finals in 1950 and 2014.
The tour continues toward the Sambadrome, the stage for the Rio Carnival Samba School parades, with a visit to the Metropolitan Cathedral of Saint Sebastian, the city’s patron saint.
We will take a break for lunch (not included).
Our tour continues with a visit to the Sugarloaf Mountain complex, where we will ride the famous Sugarloaf Cable Car. We will also explore Morro da Urca and Red Beach.
We will finish our tour of Rio de Janeiro by visiting the beaches of Copacabana, Ipanema, and Leblon.
We will take you to Rio de Janeiro airport (SDU or GIG) and pick you up at Manaus Airport (MAO), dropping you off at your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day exploring the city at your leisure!

Manaus City Tour (Optional): In this tour, you will visit the main attractions of the city, including the Amazon Opera House, Rio Negro Palace, and the Port. Learn about the history and geography of the region.
We will start the fifth day of the Package Rio and Amazon Rainforest with a car transfer to Ceasa Port, including a brief visit to the Ceasa fish and fruit market.
We will board a regional boat and take a river journey to the Meeting of the Waters. There will be a brief stop to take photos of the confluence of the Rio Negro and Solimões Rivers. There is also the possibility of spotting dolphins in this area.
Continuing the journey, we will head to Vila do Careiro, from where we will travel by land (van or minibus) along the BR 319 highway. Along the way, you will have the opportunity to admire the giant water lilies, with a brief stop for photos before continuing on the road toward our destination.
From the 14th branch on the AM-020 highway, the journey will continue by motorized boat. This part of the trip is a true adventure, as we follow a beautiful path through the Igarapés (small river branches) and the Igapós (flooded forest areas).
We will arrive at the Lodge around 12 PM, followed by check-in and a tour of the lodge facilities.
In the afternoon, we will take a motorized canoe trip to explore the surrounding area. This is a great opportunity to observe the Amazon’s fauna and flora, with the possibility of spotting monkeys, sloths, and various species of birds.
We will start another day of the Package early, with a motorized canoe ride to witness the sunrise and enjoy the beautiful morning bird flight. After sunrise, we will return to the Lodge.
After breakfast, a series of activities are planned: the first will be a jungle walk accompanied by a specialized guide, who will teach us survival techniques in the Amazon rainforest, as well as how to identify edible plants.
We will also learn about the diversity of medicinal plants in the Amazon.
In the afternoon, around 3 PM, we will continue with more activities along Tracajá Lake. We will take a canoe ride to observe birds and contemplate the Amazon’s fauna and flora. During the journey, there is a chance to spot sloths and monkeys.
After dinner, our guide will take us on a motorized canoe ride to observe nocturnal animals, including spotting alligators.
After breakfast, we will begin our morning tour, which includes a visit to a caboclo house, where we will have the opportunity to learn about their customs, culture, and way of life. Afterward, we will return to the lodge for lunch.
In the afternoon, we will take a motorized canoe to fish for piranhas near Tracajá Lake. At sunset, we will return to the lodge.
Today marks the end of the Package Rio and Amazon Rainforest.
We will transfer you from the hotel to the airport.
