You will enjoy a guided tour of Tulum, the most beautiful archaeological site in Mexico: it is small but exquisitely located on a cliff several meters above the turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea. Afterwards, visit Río Secreto Nature Reserve, an unparalleled journey to Xibalbá (the Mayan underworld), walk through its caves and swim in completely natural underground rivers, admire the formations that tell the geological history of the Earth. You will receive confirmation of the pickup time via WhatsApp one day before the tour. Please make sure you have the app downloaded so you can receive the details and communicate directly with us. You must be in the lobby 5 minutes before the scheduled time according to your pickup schedule. (The maximum waiting time from the time of pickup will be 5 minutes) after which your reservation will be considered a NO SHOW. If the hotel is outside our pickup area, you will be given a meeting point. For reservations from Tulum, the only meeting point will be at SUPER AKI, and likewise, at the end of the tour, the only drop-off point will be at SUPER AKI. Please be attentive to the call from our tour guide, who will identify themselves with our logo.
