Rise and shine went beyond my expectations in so many different areas. I arrived the retreat thinking I would be there for three days, and ended up staying the whole week, I just couldn't get enough of the genuine and loving connections I was making with other riders and the coaches. I could certainly feel how my riding was getting better day by day, and the way the whole community supports all riders to become their best versions is truly inspiring. It is not enough to say how beautiful and peaceful the environment and location was, truly a dream. A week full of peace, excitement, love, connection, and transformation.

Warm, welcoming, generous, stylish, cosmopolitan…not only have these guys pioneered a whole new concept in fitness retreats but they’ve also set the bar high. Top instructors from across the globe who will make you sprint, dance, sing, laugh, cry, think, and feel supported. I joined the retreat on the last day and the sense of community was so intense that it was hard to distinguish between instructors, guests and staff, all of whom made me feel at home and part of the family.
