Step 1: Register for the Dollywood trip:

Click the GREEN BUTTON or BOOK NOW to begin your registration. 

Follow the registration prompts and make sure to check the box to   "CREATE AN ACCOUNT. " Make sure to sign-up using a frequently checked email so you will receive trip announcements and payment reminders.

If you register multiple individuals, please REGISTER ONE INDIVIDUAL AT A TIME. Once you finish the first registration, you can go back to the trip registration page and start a second registration when you get to the screen where you are asked to login or create an account, login to your existing account, to connect the two trips. 

Step 2: Make your Deposit Payment: 

Once you have completed the registration details, you will be prompted to make a deposit using a credit/debit card or your checking account.  Card processing fees 

You will receive an email notification three days before the amount of the scheduled trip payment will be charged and a receipt for every successful payment or a notification email in case the payment method fails.

You may opt out of automatic payments by changing the default payment method under profile.

The following is an agreement entered between (Participant) and Blue Ridge Tours, Inc., and includes a waiver of rights, a release of liability, a limitation of damages, and an indemnification.

 Many travelers like the idea of purchasing their travel and travel protection as a single purchase with one company; however, this convenience and perceived cost savings may come at a price. 

We recommend purchasing your travel insurance directly from a third-party company. The term ‘travel insurance is often used loosely, and it can be confusing to travelers who want to purchase travel insurance. 

There are several reasons to be wary when offered a protection plan by your travel agent, including:

1. Travel agents earn extra money by selling travel insurance, but they may only provide the travel insurance plans that make the best commissions
2. Travel agents may have only a few plans to offer from a limited number of travel insurance providers
3. While some travel agencies have at least one licensed agent to sell travel insurance, many travel agents are not licensed; insurance agents.

Below is a link to a few providers BRT trusts that will allow you to purchase a travel protection plan for your trip. Rates are based on overall trip cost and not age. You will need to enter the cost of your total trip cost and make your purchase before the final trip payment to qualify for the pre-existing medical condition waiver. 

Please read the travel insurance policies carefully before you commit to buying them. These plans may be referred to as ‘benefits services,’ ‘waiver plans,’ or ‘travel protection,’ but they are not 100% travel insurance.
