Bright and airy, our Garden View Rooms offer a peaceful escape with lush tropical greenery just outside your window. Each room features two double beds, air conditioning, ceiling fan, terrace or balcony, a private safe, and cable TV.

Please note: We’ll be confirming the trip on January 9 based on the number of sign-ups. If we reach the minimum number of participants, the trip will officially move forward.

If the trip does not move forward due to low enrollment, all travelers will have the option to receive a full refund or credit toward a future trip — whichever works best for you.

• Arrive into Playa del Carmen (Cancún International Airport is the closest).

• Settle into the beach front accommodation and get ready for the evening.

• 6:00 PM – Welcome Kickoff Event ZENZI BEACH CLUB (Rugby Bar)

  • Dinner & a couple drinks included!

  • Meet fellow ruggers and tour participants.

  • Share stories, laughs, and start building connections.

  • Live Music

• Optional Early Arrival: I can help arrange extra beach time, cultural tours, or adventures.

• Morning: Open Beach time or your desired adventure

• Early Afternoon: teenage & youth school rugby event(s) – supporting development in local communities.

• Evening: Local rugby club training session (adults & youth), clinic & help

• Rugby Night Social: Location TBD

• Morning: Rugby outreach in Tulum. high school, youth & orphanage

• Early Afternoon: Adventure/cultural experience & relaxing beach time.

• Early Evening: Taco Crawl led by Scott – taste the best of Playa’s street food.

• Evening: FREE TIME to explore lively 5th Avenue – shopping, bars, and nightlife.

• Morning: Open Beach time, Adventure or cultural experience you decide

• Late Morning/Early Afternoon Start : Rugby Festival – a celebration of rugby with local clubs, youth, and the community & local match (details TBA).

• Evening: Farewell Party at Zenzi Bar on the Beach – wrap up the tour with music, dancing, and final memories together!

• Pre-flight Options: Relax on the beach or take in one last adventure/cultural experience.

• Depart for Cancún International Airport (CUN).
