Together I help you work with your mirrors, shadow, + inner child to reprogram your experience + create your dream reality. I coach you in learning how to coach your Self on Your personal journey to FreedOm.

As Reiki Master Teacher, Medium, + Intuitive healer, I help you connect to a self-awakening system that brings you into alignment with the highest part of yourself. Reiki helps restore life-force energy + promotes healing, peace, relaxation + FreedOm. During a session, energy is moved + released from the body providing relief at the physical, emotional, mental + spiritual levels.

As a Yogi, teacher, + forever student, I offer my unique expression + the desire to cultivate that same freedom in others. As a member of the community, I offer compassion, hold supportive space, +  aspire to connect from an open heart.
