I can't say enough positive things about the care, attention to detail, and follow-up our USA Racquetball delegation experienced. Warm and heartfelt gratitude go to Michael Espino, Daira Espino, and Mercedes Caraballo for their service and for their friendship. I would trust them completely at any time -- they helped make our trip smooth and enjoyable! Thank you!!

Good trip. Not fair to pay 100% of the trip (hotel) before arriving. Never seen that policy before. Abosolutly insain.  

XXXVI IRF World Junior Championships

The hotel was in pretty bad shape, the carpets in the rooms had a terrible smell, there was no hot water in the shower and there were issues with the towels distributions. 
From the service you could expect strange responses to your requests, sometimes they were pretty educated but in the end didn't solved the problems.
And finally the billing system for snacks and food is really slow.
I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
