This three night trip was packed with an abundance of great food, a variety of sightseeing experiences and lots of snow. Our bus driver, Dennis, was so calm and personable even when driving through the snow and handling all tight turns in the streets in the city. Julie, our tour guide, always took good care of all of us. Our Canadian tour guide was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable. We had the opportunity to do many different things and we really enjoyed this trip. A couple suggestions would be: 1) Trip was advertised as the Quebec City Winter Carnival, but as wonderful as the trip was, we had very little actual time to enjoy all that the Carnival had to offer. 2) For older folks, eating dinner at 7:30 or 8:00 PM is not the best. 3) Rest stops on way up and back should be better than McDonalds. Places with only a few stalls are not the best choice for accommodating over 20 females. Thanks for a great time! Bonnie and Barry F.

A wonderful trip. Driver(Dennis) was excellent ,especially considering the snowy conditions. Went above and beyond in accomadating all. 5 stars Julie our tour guide was also great. Again considering snowy conditions. Was very efficient in getting us to our destinations and keeping us informed of plans as we went along. We enjoyed visiting many sites, more than we could have done if traveling on our own. Good restaurant choices (except Le Cafe Paris). Hotel choice was a good location and rooms were spacious and clean. But absolutely no amenities such as a small cafe or bar. Would not be a future choice. Local guide was excellent and very informative. Overall a great experience for our first "local" bus tour. (We have been on several European tours)

Thank you Suzanne! We are thrilled you had a great trip to Quebec. Dennis and Julie make a great team. We appreciate your comment on the bar/cafe option at the hotel. That is something for us to consider for future trips to Quebec City. We look forward to seeing you again. Tours of Distinction

Tour guide and driver were very professional, and fun. .They did a great job. Other travelers were also fun and easy to be with. Unfortunately, it went downhill from there. The people who took my booking were very unorganized. I was receiving phone messages late the Friday before we left. I was unable to answer them. I was almost picked up at Bangor instead of Ludlow, had no food plan in place and they were confused about my room booking. Lucky for me it all worked aut with help from Marina. We were scheduled to be in PEI right when Hurricane Fiona was going to hit. For some mysterious reason they still sent us to PEI. We spent a day and a half in a hotel and then continued on our trip. We taxed the community that had no power and limited food and water. We did not get to see anything and they put us in danger. I think if someone spent an hour on the phone they could have found us a hotel in Maine where we would spend an extra day there. At least we could have seen some new things. I just cannot imagine what they were thinking.

Nothing wrong with the itinerary, and the play was out of this world. But was unhappy about a few things. We were told to be in Thomaston at 7:10 a.m., a good half hour from our home. We arrived at 7:20. People were standing around the parking lot - no bus. The bus arrived at 7:45. Due to mechanical issues with the bus, we arrived at our lunch destination for a 2:30 lunch - much later than planned and had a 5:30 dinner reservation. Accommodations were nice. We were running late on day 2 as well, which meant less time at one of our shopping destinations. Day 3 was a miscommunication with where to meet the Amish tour guide - another delay. Food was good, except I didn't care for Bird in the Hand Restaurant - very salty, nothing special. Then we found out we could have caught the bus in New Britain, which is right down the street from our home. It was just less than professional.

Trip was canceled again . Only found out when I called to find out where to get picked up . At least the third time a trip has been canceled . Now I’m told I I may have to wait up to 30 days to get refund. I’m done with this tour company . Not going to book anymore with them
