Please review the following guidelines carefully before securing your spot:

• Visa Information: For citizens of Canada, the USA, Australia, and South Africa, no visa is required for tourist visits to Peru.

• Late Registration: Guests registering after May 15, 2027, may be charged an additional fee for the Machu Picchu excursion. This applies only when a separate circuit and guide are needed, and the $150 cost is shared equally among the guests joining that circuit.

• Cancellation & Refund Policy: The initial $750 deposit due at the time of registration is strictly non-refundable. All subsequent installments paid through WeTravel are non-refundable.

• A note on shared rooms

  When registering for a shared room, please include the name of your roommate at the time of sign-up.

  If you do not have a roommate in mind, we will do our very best to match you with another participant. However, please know that if a roommate cannot be confirmed to fill your shared space, the single supplement of $1,100 will apply. Ultimately, the responsibility for securing a roommate rests with you — and we want you to plan accordingly so there are no surprises down the road.
