Modern, clean and beautiful facility. Wonderful staff and seamlessly curated experience. The food prepared by Adri and team was some of the best food I’ve ever eaten. I loved all the excursions - I can’t pick a favorite! The rooms were perfect and I appreciated the daily cleaning service. The grounds are amazing. The energy on this property is peaceful and happy. I’m looking forward to visiting again.

The experience of a lifetime and everything my soul and body needed! Synergy is a retreat center infused with love and beauty, and I am so looking forward to leading retreats there. Kristen and Robert were fantastic, the staff so kind, the food delicious, and the location breathtaking. I can praise Synergy enough and recommend it to anyone looking to host or attend a retreat in paradise. Pura Vida!
