Relax in your room, meditate in a designated area, swing in a hammock, enjoy the pool, exercise in the jungle gym area, walk barefoot across the pristine grounds to connect with nature, let loose on the dance floor in The Groove Zone, do you, connect with other participants, or just relax.

It was tremendous help to be picked up from the airport upon arrival and dropped off when departing. This facilitated some of the stresses of traveling. The location, La Lunita, was so conducive for the agenda and objectives of the retreat and so beautiful ad unique. The agenda was busy with great activities and it was valuable to be able to opt out of activities when needed as well. That flexibility was greatly appreciated. A recommendation I have is to add another optional day to just rest and digest the activities before leaving the retreat. I am so grateful for being a safe space and for providing an opportunity to sit with the medicine of peyote and fire <3

This retreat is nothing short of magical. The hosts, Omar and Dr. G. as well Nico and Lorenza at Lunita Resort fill the environment with love and care and have created a program that gives space for breakthroughs on emotional and spiritual levels. This was my second time attending and I'm sure to return to the jungle of spiritual magic.
