Join me on a mystical journey through Scotland from the rugged mountains of the Highlands to the holy isle of Iona. With each step we take, we'll awaken the ancient song lines of the Pictish people within the land and within us.
Our tour begins at 9:00am as we depart our airport hotel and head to the Highlands. During our day-long journey, we'll drive through the lands of the Pictish people who settled both in the Highlands to the east and the Highlands in the north.
It's the Pictish women who call to us. Fierce leaders in every aspect of their culture. They're history is a foggy one, but as we walk their lands, they'll speak to us every step of the way.
Our final destination for the day will be our lovely loch-side lodge in the Highlands that will be our home away from home for the next 4 nights. Dinner included.
St. Columba is best known for his arrival from Ireland to the holy isle of Iona in 563AD and starting the first Celtic church and monastic settlement. But his story continues as he made his way to the Highlands. On this day, we'll explore St. Columba's path as he traveled through the Highlands to meet with a Pictish King.
Return to our Highland lodge. Dinner included.
Today we head north to Clava Cairns and just south, the Carrimory cairn.

Loch Ness has been steeped in mystery throughout the ages. The first time I visited Loch Ness, I stayed in a small motel on the west side of the loch. I had a very peculiar "dream" that night that I was standing on the threshold of the void, and stretched out before me was a shade of black never seen before. I knew if I stepped any closer, I would be swallowed up by its depth. I've never had any other experience of this nature. I had little understanding of it other than it had something to do with the mysteries of Loch Ness. There's a reason why the well-known occultist and ceremonial magician, Aleister Crowley, lived at Boleskine Manor right on the edge of the shores of Ness.
We'll explore the Loch Ness area where there's countless trails and the picturesque Urquhart Castle.
Return to our Highland lodge. Dinner included.
We'll say farewell to the Highlands as we head south to the port-side village of Oban where we'll catch our ferry to the Isle of Mull. Here, as we head to Fionnphort, where we'll catch our ferry to Iona, we'll first stop at Lochbouie - an ancient stone circle quietly tucked away in a remote area of Mull.
Overnight on Iona where we'll spend the next 5 nights. Dinner included.
Today, we'll wander about this tiny island of Iona acclimating to her frequencies of the zero point.
Iona mirrors to us the potentiality of our hearts, and also reflects back to us what is not in alignment of the true nature of who we are.
Dinner included.
Today we'll make the climb to Brighid's well - the Well of Eternity. Here', we'll find a sacred portal that can bring you into the faerie realm, quite possibly, to the Council of earth's original creators.
After our day out exploring this magical place, we'll return to our lodge by the sea and integrate our experience into sacred craft.
Dinner included.
St Columba's Bay is a long hike, but well worth it. This is where St. Columba first landed when arriving on Iona, and is where you can find the Iona green marble that is used in making beautiful jewelry.
Iona's shores are littered in stones of all kinds, some that geologists have said is the oldest rock ever discovered on earth.
We'll end our day by a warm fire, a hot drink and sacred craft.
Dinner included.
Your final full day on Iona and a time for wandering, contemplation and deep self-inquiry. Perhaps you'll spend time within the old, stone walls of the abbey, or stretched out on a rock listening to the waves crash on the shore. Where you wander, you will end up right where you need to be.
A warm fire, hot drinks and sacred craft await you at the end of the day.
Dinner included.
We leave Iona in the morning and head back to Mull where we'll stop in Dervaig and visit a beautiful, quaint church in a small rural village. The stained glass windows tell a story that has been Scotland's best kept secret.
We'll catch our ferry to the mainland and head south to Kilmartin, home to the Del Riata. The power of their sites are palpable! We'll visit Dunadd where the Del Riata's Kings were married to the land.
As the sun sets, we'll make our way to Inverary where our cozy village lodge will be waiting for us.
Dinner included.
We'll head to Rosslyn by way of the Trossachs known for its sparkling lochs and crumpled hills. We'll stop for lunch in the lovely town of Calander, before arriving in Roslin.
Rosslyn Chapel is like no other and spending time both inside the chapel walls, as well as the surrounding woods is a mystical experience!
The chapel was first brought to the attention of the world through Dan Brown's book, The DaVinci Code. It's now a well-visited site by both curious tourists and long-time mystics and seekers.
