About this trip

Sacred Leadership is for people who are either already masterful in creating or for spiritually minded people who are interested in growing their ability to manifest and transform their communities.

You will be embracing your natural, practical influencing skills as well as embodying an innate knowing of your whole person through the exploration empowered storytelling and somatic movement.  In this retreat you will begin exploring how you are stopping yourself.  Through that understanding you will start to creating openings to deep understanding of the seeds of your creations.

You will begin to address and heal traumas trapped in your mind and body that have prevented you from embarking on those big steps you've been wanting to take in your life.  We will be using evidence based mindfulness practices, movement and grounding exercises, creative and expressive interventions, using storytelling as well as other therapeutic interventions to support in the healing and growth process.
