About this trip

Join Julie Brannen and Rachel Sherron for a week of sacred movement, delicious and healthy meals, and the deep medicine of the jungle and sea.

Daily yoga, meditation, dance and much more awaits you on this week long retreat at The Goddess Garden in Costa Rica.

Wake up each morning to the rich sounds of the jungle before heading to the cherished, open air space for a morning movement practice. From there you will enjoy a delicious breakfast, time for relaxation, swimming, or adventurous excursions before lunch. We will gather once again for a late afternoon movement session before dinner. After dinner there is time to cultivate connection in sacred circle, engage in ritual and ceremony, or personal reflection and rest.

All meals are prepared in an Ayurvedic kitchen that focuses on fresh, vegetarian Caribbean cuisine with gluten free and vegan options available upon request.

An absolutely incredible trip. Each day was thoughtfully planned and utterly beautiful, the perfect blend of structured and unstructured. I'm so so glad I went, it truly was a trip to remember, and changed/deepened my entire understanding of yoga and movement.
