About your trip
Join Maria Cutrona for 10 days 10 nights in the hushed beauty that is the Salento Region of Puglia , in the Deep South of Italy 7km from the Ionian Sea.
Daily practices of meditation begin the day followed by a rigorous yoga class. Afternoons are spent enjoying free time, shiatsu, visits to the nearby sea and towns of interest. After completes the day with Yin Yoga and meditation.
Lunch and dinner enjoyed at the spectacular Palazzo Tafuri . Salento born chef Antonio Capoccello brings a contemporary to traditional dishes.
