Adventure to Atitlan was truly that- an adventure with memories for a lifetime! Atitlan is a magical place that filled me wholly- body and soul. Mary Beth is a highly intuitive teacher leading with her heart, following closely with a keen sense of sequencing and her keynote- embodiment. The Solseeds & Isla Verde staff were phenomenal, making this experience one that will stay with me for quite some time. For one who didn't think she was a "yoga retreat person", I'm so grateful to find that I was very, very wrong.

Awesome trip! Ian and Kristen were awesome as usual. Everything was super well organized with lots of thought behind it! It was a perfect mix of yoga, relaxing and seeing the Costa Brava! Highly suggest!

We had a wonderful experience in Morocco. It was very eye-opening and enjoyable. The food was fresh and delicious and the planned activities were memorable. The outdoor yoga space was large and provided a peaceful environment for practice.
