Together, we will learn to feel at home in our bodies, to trust in the life that holds us, and to walk with grace and power in the world.Professional Guidance and Loving CareThis retreat is lovingly held by two experienced facilitators in somatic education and trauma healing, with deep knowledge of prenatal and perinatal experiences. Their compassionate guidance will support you in exploring and integrating important processes, while ensuring a safe and gentle approach that honors your healing without retraumatization.Healing Through Rites of PassageThroughout our journey into existence, we pass through powerful rites of passage that shape our lives in profound ways. One of the most significant is the moment of implantation as embryos, where we first found a home in the womb. In this retreat, we will revisit this rite to heal any ruptures and traumas that prevent us from feeling fully grounded, supported, and at home in our bodies and on the earth.What’s Included:  Two nights of accommodation in a cozy tent, nestled in nature with all comforts provided.  Rebirth Temazcal Ceremony to cleanse and renew.  Rebozos for use throughout the retreat, embodying warmth and support.  Eight nourishing meals, plus unlimited access to water and herbal teas. In a world so fast-paced that glorifies intensity and always having an answer to everything, it was refreshing  to come to a space that honors slowness and softness— that encouraged me to notice and be curious about what’s showing up in my body, letting go of the urge of trying to fix it. The training itself was very dynamic with different ways to explore and connect back to self. One of my favorite parts of the retreat was the one on one somatic therapy sessions I received. Leaving the retreat I felt supported to go onward into the unknown, trusting my own inner wisdom guiding me.
