About your trip
January Colorado Cabin is here! And of course, it is going to be a Simply Amazing Experience! We were kind of talking about putting it together and now we are here! We are continuing SAE Travels - 'Group experiences hosted by your one and only Travelspert.' Colorado Cabin 2024! Let's get BACK together for a weekend of black excellence, fun, relaxation, and friends!
What's included
Luxury Cabin
Each group of two will have their own room with at least a queen sized bed and their own bathroom.
Welcome Party
Games, Party Foods and drinks for the night of arrival.
Winter Sport
A day of winter games we'll choose between ski lessons, snow tubing, snow shoe hike or snow mobiles.
Chef Prepared Brunch
A private chef will come and cater our brunch for our last full day in the luxury cabin.
Paint Supplies
The supplies for the painting will be provided for the paint & sip event.
PJ Night Tee Shirt
Each participant will receive a tee shirt to be worn with your choice of PJ bottoms for game night.
What's not included
Some Alcohol
Each couple will be expected to bring alcohol as in previous years. The more the merrier but bring what you want there is no liquor police.
Some Food
The Welcome Party & Chef Prepared brunch is included. All other meals will be split amongst all participants and detailed instructions will be sent.
Some Games
Some welcome party games will be included but you are welcome to bring any games that you think we will have fun playing.
PJ's
You'll be responsible for bringing your own PJ's for the couples PJ night. Get creative!
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included but encouraged. Payments are nonrefunable but are transferable, details are in the notes.
Flights to Colorado
Your will be responsible to get to Colorado. Transportation from the airport to the cabin can be added at an additional cost.
Day 1
Arrival & Welcome Party
You and your spouse will arrive at our cabin where you will have your own 1 bedroom with at least a queen bed. Along with other cabin amenities:
hot tub and/or indoor pool Covered Deck
Gas Grill Lakeview and/or lakefront
Horseshoes Parking for 8 vehicles
Outdoor firepit
Once we are all checked in the Welcome party begins. It will be a fun night of couples games and finger foods.
Day 2
Wisp Resort & Winter Games
Today will be spent having winter fun at an area resort in Colorado.
The day will start with a full breakfast prepared by one of the couples at the cabin. Then we'll head to the resort for a group decision of Ski Lessons, Snow Tubing, or the Snow Hike.
Back at the cabin, the fun continues with couples PJ night and a group dinner.
Day 3
Private Chef & Winter BBQ
Today a chef/caterer will come and prepare a meal for our group around 12. A full brunch will be set up and catered for us.
We will continue with an afternoon of winter football and our classic couples Paint & Sip.
For Dinner, we are going to have a winter BBQ (this may also be catered depending don't the amenities of the cabin). Light up the grill and fire pit and hell crank up the hot tub we are going to spend our light night enjoying each other company and BBQing.
Day 4
Departures
All Simply Amazing Experiences must come to an end. We will all depart at our designated times and get ready for Colorado next year.
