Visiting the Caribbean side of Costa Rica provided an opportunity to feel immersed in the local culture.  The Saged & Saved retreat schedule provided a good balance of workshops, reflection time, free time and yoga.  The service project with Girls for Success was a great addition to the experience.  Finally the eco-lodge location allowed for easy access to modern amenities.  Looking forward to returning next year.
