Join San Francisco-based yoga teacher Peter Walters on luxury sailing yachts, cruising and flowing through the Aegean Sea, drinking in all of what the Greek Islands have to offer.
Ever dreamed of exploring the islands of Greece...on a boat? While practicing yoga each day? And eating amazing food? Exploring and hiking? Living aboard a sailing yacht with new friends? Well, if you answered yes to all of these questions, then this may be the adventure for you!
The northern parts of the Dodecanese Islands offer a variety of landscapes and experiences, both rich in beauty and history. Kalymnos is famous as a sponge-divers island;Patmos has been a destination for Christian pilgrimage since John the Apostle (also known as ‘John of Patmos); The small island of Leipsoi is renowned for it’s local wine, fish and cheese.
These islands belong to a world and history of great myth and magic, bearing witness to the grandeur of the numerous civilizations that chose to live here. A world where the sun appears as a daily painter of landscapes and the Sea reverberates in a myriad of shades to give birth to Life.
During our week together you’ll get soak in both a rich inner and outer experience. You can expect daily yoga, seated meditation, and mantra (chanting) practices with amazing views, new islands to explore everyday, crystal clear waters,, hikes, Greek culture and ancient ruins,, healthy Mediterranean food and more! You'll be immersed (and amazed) by the ocean‘s kind embrace as we saunter (on the water) around the Aegean Sea.

*Please Note: You will be living aboard a 50-100 foot sailboat for a week with 12+ other people. Quarters are cozy, and you won't have a lot of personal space. While this boat and the experience will indeed be luxurious, life at sea and living on boats can be challenging for some people and personalities. Please keep this in mind and be honest with yourself for how you might do in this type of environment. You can't really just go for a walk to be alone, though we will be on land each day. This experience requires patience, kindness, compromise, and a willingness to open up a bit and really be part of this crew of seafaring yogis. There is plenty of communal space to sit on-deck in the shade and also relax below deck. Does this sound like a good fit for you?
**ITINERARY: This is a tentative itineray it and subject to change based on timing, weather, and the captain's recommendations.
