7-Day Sailing Italy: Bay of Naples & Amalfi Coast

Set sail from the colorful island of Procida, Italy's 2022 Capital of Culture. Explore the sparkling Tyrrhenian Sea on a 7-day sailing adventure through the Bay of Naples.

This is southern Italy at its most beautiful: volcanic islands, hidden sea caves, medieval fishing villages, and some of the best food and wine in the world.

Our small group sail will visit unique destinations such as Ischia, Ventotene, Ponza, Palmarola, Capri, and Sorrento with passages short enough to enjoy both the sailing and the exploring. Our professional all female crew handles the boat; your job is to soak it all in.

Whether you're an experienced sailor or a first-timer, this trip is for you. No sailing experience required. Just bring your sense of adventure, a soft duffle bag, and an appetite for la dolce vita.

We depart from Procida and spend 7 days exploring the Bay of Naples and Amalfi Coast. Our exact route follows wind and weather, and may include any combination of the following highlights:

• Ischia — thermal springs, Aragonese Castle, volcanic beaches

• Capri — the Blue Grotto, glamorous clifftop town, Roman ruins

• Nerano — hidden bay, famous spaghetti alla Nerano, snorkeling

• Amalfi — stunning coastline, medieval cathedral, limoncello

• Positano — colorful cascading villas, iconic Amalfi Coast scenery

• Sorrento — clifftop dining, artisan lanes, views of Mount Vesuvius

• Ventotene, Ponza & Palmarola — remote volcanic islands with Roman ruins and wild sea grottoes (weather permitting)

Our itinerary is intentionally flexible — the best sailing trips follow the conditions, not a fixed schedule. Your Captain will always route us toward the most beautiful and comfortable experience possible.

Island hop through Italy's stunning destinations in the Bay of Naples. Soak in Ischia's thermal springs. Swim or snorkel Palmarola's sea grottoes. Explore the Blue Grotto of Capri. Wander cobblestone villages, sample local wine and limoncello, and enjoy group dinners at authentic Italian trattorias. Every day brings a new adventure and new friends around the table.

We will meet at the marina in Procida at 3:00 pm on October 10, 2026. Procida is reached by ferry from the port of Pozzuoli (near Naples, ~30 min ride) or Naples Molo Beverello (~40 min ride). We recommend arriving in Procida the evening of October 9, for our optional pre trip welcome dinner. On the day of departure October 10, we suggest having lunch in one of local restaurants, sightseeing Procida, renting a scooter or eBike, shopping for preferred beverages, and exploring the island before the charter. We will be welcoming you aboard as soon as possible after 3:00 depending on the boat

We will return to the Procida marina the evening of October 16, followed by a group farewell toast. Disembarkation is at 9:00 AM on October 17. Plan afternoon or evening flights from Naples, and consider a hotel in Naples on the night of the 17th for a relaxed departure.

The deposit is due upon booking. The deposit is non- refundable.
