It's crucial to thoroughly review your package details to make the most informed decisions and understand our Terms and Policies.

1.  Making reservations for this trip signifies your acceptance of our Terms and Policies.

2.  All payments to Authentic Horizons Travel, LLC are non-refundable and non-transferable.  This is a significant commitment, so we advise you to purchase an insurance plan. A 'CANCEL FOR ANY REASON' Insurance policy offers more options should an unexpected emergency arise and must be purchased within 24 hours to 14 days of making your deposit to protect your investment in case you need a refund.   Be prepared for the unexpected.  There are many travel insurance options available, please select an options that best fits your needs. 

3.  It's essential to make reservations in your FULL NAME as it appears on your passport. This will help avoid any issues during your travel.  Passports are not required but are HIGHLY recommended.

4.  The payment schedule is required to keep your reservation current.  Monthly automatic payments will be processed to your preferred credit/debit card that you register with.  Our payment processing system is secured and encrypted for your safety and security. 

5.  If sharing a cabin/room with a roommate, choose your roommate wisely.  You must ensure your roommate, if applicable, is also making timely monthly payments.  NOTE:  Should your roommate cancel, we will update your reservation to a "Single Occupancy" room rate.  You will have an opportunity to add a new roommate if you desire. 

6. You can log onto WeTravel 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to review your account.  Name corrections or changes after final payment will incur a $150.00 change fee.  

7. All late payment requests must be approved by management. Failed or missed payments without prior authorization and accounts that are not current will be charged a $50.00 per person late fee for each incident. 

8.  Authentic Horizons Travel, LLC reserves the right to cancel any reservation with an outstanding past-due payment amount.  Accounts that are past due by two payments will be canceled.  

9.  Cancelled reservations will incur a $100.00 (per person) processing fee to reinstate the booking. Canceled reservations are non-refundable.  Travel protection or travel insurance is highly recommended.  Canceled reservations are subject to price and availability at time of rebooking.

THE FINAL PAYMENT DATE IS October 15, 2025

1.  Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to room availability. 

2. ALL room/cabin occupants must pay the deposit to reserve the room. 

3.  Prices are PER PERSON.  Everyone on your reservation or attending MUST book and pay the listed price.  

4. Payments are invoiced through WeTravel, a secure payment processing system developed especially for travelers and travel sellers. You will receive payment reminders at the email address you used to register.

5.  If you need to make any changes to your reservation, please email us at info@authentichorizons.com.  We are here to make your experience as seamless as possible. We understand that sometimes, things do not go as planned. Please notify us promptly if you need to adjust your payment due date.  

6. Participation in the experiences can only be purchased from the group organizers. Packages are not sold  à la carte. Only registered guests are permitted to participate in private group activities. 

If you cancel your reservation, payments are non-refundable. Authentic Horizons Travel, LLC has negotiated special pricing with vendors that will not allow us to obtain refunds. This way, we can keep your packages low and allow you to make monthly payments on your vacation.

COVID-19 and the economy have taught us that "anything can happen".  Missing a vacation is bad enough. Losing the money you paid for your vacation is even worse.  Therefore, we highly recommend Travel Protection that helps provide coverage for Trip Cancellation, Interruption, Baggage Loss or Delay, Medical Expenses, and more.  

You are highly encouraged to select and purchase travel insurance for your domestic and international tours. Protect your investment. Anything can happen: a missed flight, getting ill while on vacation, or a family emergency. Below is a link to several insurance companies.  We highly recommend purchasing a Cancel For Any Reason travel insurance policy.  

If you choose a "cancel for any reason" policy (and you should), most carriers require that you buy the policy within 24 hrs -14 days of the initial purchase/deposit, and some on the day of your initial deposit. Read the terms of the policy carefully, and if you have any questions, contact the insurance provider at 1-855-524-3687.

PURCHASE TRAVEL INSURANCE HERE

1.  Our vendors require timely payments. We cannot extend credit to anyone making late payments or incurring missed payments. Therefore, we will be enforcing our failed and late payment policy. A fee of $50 (per person listed on the reservation) will be assessed for all late or failed payments. Any account 2 months behind will be canceled. A $100 fee is required to rebook

2.  Any changes, such as roommate changes, occupancy changes, category changes, etc., within 90 days of departure will be assessed a $100 change fee per occurrence/incident in addition to any fees charged by the suppliers.  

All credit/debit card payments will incur a standard 2.9% + $.30 transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% + $.30 for AMEX, plus 1% to WeTravel for processing. 

**If a user pays by credit card, the combined transaction and credit card fees are 3.9% +30c (1%+30c + 2.9%) for Visa/Mastercard or 4.9 %+30c (1%+30c + 3.9%) for AMEX plus 1% to WeTravel for processing.**

**BOOKING AN EXPERIENCE PACKAGE RESERVATION**

1.  Are the prices listed "per person" or "per room/cabin"?  Prices listed are "Per Person." Each person listed on the reservation or attending the trip MUST pay the listed price.  

2.  Can my roommate and I book and pay separately?  Absolutely! It's as easy as selecting the DBL occupancy room/cabin category and 1 person at checkout.  Enter your information, and don't forget to list your roommate's name.  Pay your deposit, and you're all set.  Your roommate will follow the same steps, and we'll pair each of you in your room. Remember, it's important to select the same room/cabin type and list each other as roommates.  If the room/cabin type is not available, send us an email or give us a call at (912) 809-3377 so that we can assist you. 

3.  If my roommate cancels, what should I do?  You can get another roommate or transfer to a single occupancy room category.  You will be responsible for paying the difference in price should you choose to remain in a Single-Occupancy cabin/room. Reservations are not transferable once we have reserved your room with the hotel/resort/cruise line and suppliers. Any changes after securing your reservation will incur a change fee.  **SEE TERMS & CONDITIONS POLICY**

4.  How far is the hotel from the cruise port?  The fastest way to get from hotels in downtown Miami to the Port of Miami Cruise Terminal is by taxi/Uber, which takes about 5 - 10 minutes and costs $13 - $16. How far is it from hotels in Downtown Miami to the Port of Miami Cruise Terminal? The distance between most Miami hotels and the Port of Miami Cruise Terminal is approximately 2 - 5 miles.

5.  Are children and youth welcome on this trip?  Unfortunately, not this time. This is an adult-only experience. 

6.  Why am I booking in 2 parts? Your Cruise Package is Part 1 of your Cruising With Sail to Success Experience. We are offering you the opportunity to book your cruise package separately so that you get the most up-to-date offers from Virgin Voyages.  Part 2 is the Cruising With Sail to Success Group Experience. If you wish to be included in the Sail to Success Group activities, you MUST book Part 2, the Experience Package. If you book the cruise package only, you will NOT be included in the private group events pre-sailing or on the ship.  

NOTE:  Our "Sail to Success: Network, Learn, and Grow in Real Estate!" experience offers private events and activities not listed by the cruise line. This is the reason for a Part 2 booking. We DO NOT offer any "a la carte" options.  To participate in the "Sail to Success: Network, Learn, and Grow in Real Estate!" experience, you must book the full experience package through Authentic Horizons Travel, LLC.  You are paying for a Cruising Experience Package curated especially for "Sail to Success" (adult) friends and family.  

7.  Am I obligated to attend all of the group events?  No, the Scarlet Lady offers many activities, shows and areas to explore.  Enjoy your time, It is an epic experience! 

8.  Will I be reimbursed for any group activities I do not attend? Unfortunately, our "Sail to Success: Network, Learn, and Grow in Real Estate!"  experience is all-inclusive as listed in the "About This Trip - What's Included" section and not priced a la carte. There are no reimbursements for any group activities you choose not to attend. 

**PASSPORT INFORMATION AND INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL**

1.  Are passports required?  A valid passport is required, with an expiration date at least six months after your voyage ends. Depending on your citizenship and itinerary, some ports may require a visa.

However, we understand that spontaneous getaways sometimes occur without sufficient time for passport arrangements. If you fall into this category and you are sailing out of Miami, on an eligible closed-loop voyage, and are a United States citizen, we can make an exception to the passport requirement. In such cases, you will need to present one of the following documents:

• Original or copy of your state-issued birth certificate AND a physical Government-issued photo ID
  • Puerto Rico birth certificates issued prior to July 1, 2010 are not acceptable
  • Hospital-issued birth certificates are not acceptable
• Original Consular Report of Birth Abroad issued by the Department of State AND a physical Government-issued photo ID
• Original Certificate of Naturalization issued by US Citizenship and Immigration Services AND a physical Government-issued photo ID

In the unlikely event of a medical emergency or unexpected departure from the vessel, a passport will be necessary. Please keep in mind, the above guidelines are based on government regulations, which are subject to change at any time.

2.  What other information do I need to know about travel to Cozumel, Mexico and Bimini, Bahamas?  You can find information relevant to any location/country at Travel.State.Gov

1.  Is there Wi-Fi on the ship? 

Yes, free WiFi is offered onboard the ship. *Check with your phone carrier regarding international roaming charges.  

2.  Am I required to purchase a "Bubbles Package" like some of those other cruise lines?  Nope, you're not required to purchase a drink package on Virgin Voyages — in fact, they don’t even offer traditional drink packages like other cruise lines. NOTE: Your  "Sail to Success: Network, Learn, and Grow in Real Estate!" includes a $100 Bar Tab per cabin. You are able to add more $$ to your Bar Tab prior to sailing.

3.    Sailor Loot is Virgin Voyages' term for onboard credit, providing a flexible way to pay for various experiences and purchases during your cruise.
 

💳 What Is Sailor Loot?

Sailor Loot functions as a digital wallet that becomes active once you're onboard. It can be used for a wide range of expenses, including:

• Spa and salon treatments: Indulge in massages, facials, or hairstyling at the Redemption Spa.
• Specialty dining upgrades: Enhance your meals with premium options like truffle pasta or tomahawk steaks.
• Shore Things (excursions): Book adventures at your destinations but note that Sailor Loot applies only to excursions reserved after boarding.
• Retail shopping: Purchase items from onboard boutiques, including Virgin Voyages merchandise and luxury brands.
• Tattoo services: Get inked at Squid Ink, the ship's tattoo parlor.
• Casino play: Use Sailor Loot for slot machines and table games; while the loot itself can't be cashed out, any winnings can be. 
• Onboard events: Participate in exclusive experiences like the Grog Walk or shows such as "Another Rose."

However, Sailor Loot cannot be used for:

• Pre-voyage purchases: Items like Bar Tabs or future cruise bookings must be paid for separately.
• "My Next Virgin Voyage" deposits: These require direct payment and aren't eligible for Sailor Loot usage.

It's important to note that Sailor Loot is tied to a specific sailing and does not carry over to future cruises. Any unused balance at the end of your voyage is forfeited, so plan to use it fully during your trip.

While both are forms of onboard credit, they serve different purposes:

Sailor Loot: Versatile credit usable for a wide array of onboard expenses, from spa treatments to shopping.

• Bar Tab: Specifically designated for purchasing alcoholic and premium non-alcoholic beverages, such as specialty coffees and fresh-pressed juices. 

Bar Tabs can be purchased before your voyage, often with bonus credit incentives, whereas Sailor Loot is typically acquired through promotions and becomes active only once onboard.

To keep track of your Sailor Loot balance and expenditures:

4.  Can I upgrade my cabin after booking? Yes, Through the Level Upgrade program, you can bid for an upgrade from 45 days up to 48 hours before sailing, depending on availability. More details will follow, so keep your eyes on your email from Virgin Voyages. 

5.  What's included in the dining experience on-board the ship? Virgin Voyages offers over 20 eateries, all included in your fare. Expect à la carte menus with no buffets, no assigned seating, and no formal dress codes. Options range from vegan cuisine to gourmet steakhouses .

6.  What kind of entertainment is on board?  The ship features immersive theater, live music, themed parties, and unique spaces like a tattoo parlor and an adult playground. The vibe is social and upbeat, perfect for solo travelers, couples, or groups of friends .

7.  When can I board the ship?  Boarding times are selected via the Virgin Voyages app after completing the Ready-to-Sail check-in. Boarding generally begins at 1:15 PM. Sailors with Deep Blue Extras or RockStar status may board earlier .
