Cabins will be assigned first come first serve based on $250 per person/$500 per person per cabin payment once received.  All roommates' payments must be paid before a cabin is assigned. 

All prices are based on Double Occupancy ONLY!  If you are interested in getting One Person, Three People or Four Person cabin, please email me to at lisa@positivedestinations.net.  

$250 per person deposit based Triple Occupancy or Quad Occupancy. If three people in a cabin, the deposit is $750.  If four people are in a cabin, the deposit is $1,000.  $50 per person is non-refundable if canceled. 

$500/person deposit based on Single Occupancy. $100 is non-refundable if canceled.

DEPOSIT

$50/person Non-refundable deposit based on Double Occupancy/Triple Occupancy/Quad Occupancy.   This does not entitle you to cabin assignment until the $250 per person or $500 per cabin is received.

$100/person Non-refundable deposit based on Single Occupancy. This does not entitle you to cabin assignment until the $500 per cabin is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED MAY 1ST, 2024, THRU NOVEMBER 1ST, 2024, WILL INCUR A $300 PER PERSON PENALTY (OR WHICHEVER IS HIGHER OF WHAT HAS BEEN PAID).

ALL PAYMENTS RECEIVED MAY 1ST, 2024 THRU APRIL 2ND, 2025 WILL INCUR A $600 PER PERSON PENALTY (OR WHICHEVER IS HIGHER OF WHAT HAS BEEN PAID). 

ALL PAYMENTS RECECIVED MAY 1ST, 2024 THRU JUNE 16TH, 2025 WILL INCUR A $900 PER PERSON PENALTY (OR WHICHEVER IS HIGHER OF WHAT HAS BEEN PAID).

AFTER THE FINAL PAYMENT DUE DATE OF JUNE 16TH, 2025, ALL RECEIVED PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Travel insurance is highly recommended.  You should research and choose a travel insurance policy carefully.  Below is the link for Travel Guard/AIG travel insurance. Please read the policy carefully. If you choose to purchase the policy, you are required to pay for it separately.

Legible Copy of Birth Certificate and valid photo identification are required.

Medicare/Medicaid does not cover healthcare costs outside the US.  Trip cancellation insurance covers your trip cost illness, injury, baggage lost/delayed, emergency medical & dental, evacuation, hospital, doctor, etc. 

Final Documents will be mailed to the address above and will not require a signature.  If you require delivery with a signature, please contact our office. If you are waiting for an updated passport #, please provide as soon as you receive it.   

The responsibility of Positive Destinations as agents and protector for their clients’ rights in making arrangements for the airlines, hotels, cruises, or any services in connection with the trip and assumes NO liability whatsoever for injury, damage, loss, luggage, accidents, delay irregularity which may be occasioned either by reason or defect, through the acts of GOD, dangerous incidents in the air, sea, land,  breakdown of machinery or equipment, acts of government or other authorities, wars, whether declared or not, hostilities, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, theft, epidemics, quarantines, medical or customs regulations, or from any loss or damage resulting from improper passports, visas,  other documents, and for loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. 

Positive Destinations shall not be liable or responsible for any inconvenience, loss, damage, or injury arising in connection with such service or for the client’s failure to follow instructions, including but not limited to check-in, delays, and loss of luggage or personal belongings. It is the responsibility of the airline, cruise, tour operator or wholesaler to determine exactly what procedure will be followed.  

Positive Destinations is NOT responsible for any person(s) missing due to negligence, delay, or absenteeism for any time during the tour nor are they responsible for any additional expenses for the participant to rejoin the tour. In addition, no refund will be given for any services rendered but not utilized. It is highly recommended to invest in travel insurance.
