About this trip

Journey with Donna provides a unique yoga-sailing experience, combining the best of a relaxing sailing holiday as you hop from island to island with daily morning meditation and yoga sessions in unique, beautiful locations off the coast of Spain. You don’t need to be a sailor to enjoy the sunshine and clear blue water as you leisurely sail to a new island location daily.

    shared cabins on spacious 47' long elegant sailboat that sleeps 10

    Asana practice daily on the beach with added pranayama and meditation practices throughout the week

    Breakfast daily and either lunch or dinner on the boat depending on sailing schedule...most dinners and some lunches you will be free to explore on land

Growing up as a dancer, Donna had an early appreciation for the flow and grace of the human body, and fell in love with yoga asana in 2006. She is a 200Hr RYT residing in Sacramento, CA. and helps students discover the beauty of the breath, the ease of movement and the acceptance of self and others that yoga offers. Emphasizing the practice of honoring the body’s current state of being she encourages students to explore all the possibilities yoga has to improve the health and well-being of mind, body and spirit.
