About this trip
Journey with Donna provides a unique yoga-sailing experience, combining the best of a relaxing sailing holiday as you hop from island to island with daily morning meditation and yoga sessions in unique, beautiful locations off the coast of Spain. You don’t need to be a sailor to enjoy the sunshine and clear blue water as you leisurely sail to a new island location daily.
What’s included
- 6 nights accomodationsshared cabins on spacious 47' long elegant sailboat that sleeps 10
- daily yoga practiceAsana practice daily on the beach with added pranayama and meditation practices throughout the week
- two healthy meals dailyBreakfast daily and either lunch or dinner on the boat depending on sailing schedule...most dinners and some lunches you will be free to explore on land

Donna has provided an incredible experience in a beautiful place. The food was amazing, the boat was homey and gorgeous and the views were spectacular. Pablo has a big heart and steered us through the scenic waters he calls home. FIVE STAR experience all around.

This was truly the trip of a lifetime and EVERYTHING was perfect! The boat was spacious, the captian, Pablo-was fantastic and Donna was the perfect hostess. Every detail was considered and Pablo and Donna made every effort to make sure all the guests were comfortable. I can't say enough about the journey- each day was a little different and the back drop of Ibiza and Formentera could not be beat- the water was clear, the excursions breathtaking, the yoga and meditations were spot on and the food delicious!

This trip is ideal for those who want to really relax and not be held to a rigid tour schedule. Life is simple on the boat. Sleep, eat, swim in beautiful blue waters and walk along fascinating rocky shorelines. The food provided by Donna was delicious and very fresh. The boat is comfortable, but not luxurious. Because WiFi is not always available, I would not recommend this trip for someone who needs to contact their workplace daily. This is a go with the flow experience. It is a good trip for spending quality time with family or friends.
