It's our 7th year in a row, and there's nowhere else we would rather take our yoga community! Every year keeps getting better, and we can guarantee this Bird Rock Yoga retreat will be the best one yet. In addition to twice-daily yoga, we will also be including some adventurous excursions [both in the ocean + the jungle] that will open your soul in new ways.

Optional Excursions: 

Boat trips to the surf beach breaks of Punta Mita, San Pancho and the reefs of Chacala. Additional stand-up paddle board and surf lessons, Snorkeling, Sailing, Kayaking, Jungle Excursions, Zip lines, horseback riding or just plain relaxing and soaking up the beach.
