About this trip
During this urban retreat we will practice a cathartic mindful movement to find boundless reconnection within and with the eternal heritage around us, in order to reconnect with the community, restoring a deep sense of belonging.
Rome is called the Eternal City, ancient Romans believed that no matter what happened to the world around, that Rome would go on forever, infinitely. Infinite-self is a state of autonomy in which one is free from the bondage of illusion or false understanding.
Infinite-self is when we take complete responsibility for ourselves, our lives, our reactions and perceptions. When there is no other, there is no one to blame, no victim or perpetrator. We are free from the world of projection and live in the world peacefully without attachment or aversion. Everything is within. Anything that is perceived as outside of ourselves is only a projection.
