Sandals & Stamps was created with the idea of women coming together, putting on their most comfortable sandals while collecting passport stamps.

As women, we wear many hats in our daily lives while taking care of those we love. We are wives, mothers, sisters, confidants, friends, daughters, bosses, co-workers & women. Switching out our hats most often in a blink of an eye causes us to feel emotionally drained and/or unappreciated. During our trips we get to remove all of the hats and let our hair down and have a great time & create amazing bonds all while rejuvenating our souls.

 Secrets Royal Beach Punta Cana is an all-inclusive, adults only (18+) resort, situated on a picturesque, palm-studded, white sand Bavaro beach, Punta Cana. DEPOSIT

1. All rates are subject to change until deposit has been received and applied by resort.   Any reservations made after the deposit deadline are subject to the vendor's price change. 

2. All roommates must pay the deposit for the room to be reserved. 

3. All deposits are due at time of booking.  All deposits are non-refundable and non- transferable.

PAYMENTS

1. The first payment is extremely important to secure all the vendors that are included in the packages.  DO NOT MISS THE FIRST PAYMENT! 

2. Payments are NOT automatically drafted from your card or account. You will be sent automated reminders. 

3. If you are unable to make the payment deadlines for the other payments, just shoot an email to sandalsnstamps@gmail.com  with Sandals & Stamps Payment Plan in the subject line and let us know when you will make a payment so we can stop the annoying automated emails.   

4.  If you need to make changes to your reservation, please e-mail us at sandalsnstamps@gmail.com  with Reservation Change Request in the subject line.

Final payment is April 5, 2024 for all packages.

Participation in the festivities can only be purchased from this portal.  Packages are not a la cart.  

CANCELLATION POLICY

All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.  However, the purchase of travel insurance is STRONGLY recommended to protect your investment in case you need cancel, experience flight delays, lost baggage, medical coverage, etc.  We like "happy clients"! Although you may not be able to attend this trip, we'd love to have you back in the near future. 

TRAVEL PROTECTION INSURANCE

Click this link for a list of suggested Travel Insurance Companies.  IMPORTANT: A cancel for any reason policy requires purchase with 14-21 days of package purchase.   Attention: should you choose to decline purchasing Travel Protection Insurance, the Travel Protection Refusal Form must be received prior to final payment or travel documents will be withheld until received.

PROMOTIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY

Sandals & Stamps reserves the right to take photographs during the operation of any program or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes.  By booking a reservation with Sandals & Stamps, program members agree to allow their images to be used in such photographs. Program members who prefer that their images not be used are asked to identify themselves to their travel program escort at the beginning of their program.

Sandals-n-Stamps does not store any financial or sensitive user data on WeTravel servers. User data such as credit card numbers, bank accounts or SSNs are immediately and securely transmitted to our payment provider with bank-grade SSL encryption. Our payment provider in the US is Stripe (www.stripe.com), one of the world’s largest payment providers, used by many large internet companies such as Facebook and Twitter.  WeTravel, Relaxation Awaits nor Trip Evy does not have access at any point to the user’s financial data. 

CREDIT CARD AND ACH PAYMENTS

Payments by credit card, will incur a standard 2.9% transaction fee for Visa/Mastercard or 3.9% for AMEX. Unfortunately, due to the high number of returned checks Sandals & Stamps no longer accepts ACH payments.  

 All package pricing is per person (double occupancy).  All packages are non-refundable and non-transferable.  Packages are not sold al-la-carte.  Packages can only be purchased through the Sandals & Stamps booking portal.

Packages do not include air transportation.

Packages do not include Travel Protections Insurance.  Travel Protection Insurance is strongly suggested to protect your investment.

Additional days may be purchased at the time of booking.

You may also add the extra day on at a later time.

When you add the extra day you will need to email sandalsnstamps@gmail in the subject line put Additional Day and in the body inform us if the days are at the beginning or end of trip.

If you have roommates they must be staying the additional days as well or you will be moved to the single rate.
